@@walakakonbawa2381 Yes!! I can do that, but everyone's breath hold will be different. Some might hold for 4 seconds, while others can hold for 20.

Ohh interesting sleeping with your mouth taped! Before covid when we use to do training for synchro swimming on land we'd have our mouths taped, I miss synchro ahh covid!
I hear a lot of this from swimmers!! Practice breathing outside of the water first is key!
@@myomoves Ya we spend the whole training day with our mouth taped pretty fun actually 😁 then when doing dynamic apnea routines we use the swimming nose clip too 😊 Have you ever done dynamic apnea or static apnea before?
Love this so relaxing I often unconsciously hyperventilate so this helps a lot 😊 As a swimmer though I held for more than a minute before I had the urge and by then you were doing the next one lol
