I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the ongoing issues with my Triumph bike, which my wife bought me as a special gift last June 2023. Despite the high expectations I had for your brand's quality and reliability, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing and emotionally distressing. Within just three months of ownership, my bike developed a significant coolant issue. This initial problem was disheartening enough, but I remained hopeful that it was an isolated incident. Unfortunately, my optimism was short-lived. With merely 5500 kilometers on the odometer, the bike has now encountered yet another major problem: the alternator and harness cable has melted. This situation is utterly unacceptable for a bike that is less than a year old. The repeated mechanical failures have not only caused me considerable inconvenience but also severe emotional distress. The joy and excitement I felt when purchasing this bike have been completely overshadowed by the ongoing issues and the repeated trips to the garage. Instead of enjoying the open road, my bike has spent an excessive amount of time in the repair shop-three months for the first issue and now potentially another three months for the current problem. I invested in a Triumph bike because I believed in your reputation for high quality and reliability. However, my experience has led me to question whether I received a defective unit. This is driving me into a depression and causing mental stress.. Can you help me get the right resolution or what do I need to do.. out of 12 months. 4 months its in the Garage

I like the colour scheme on the bike but i hate the look of the fender and bags and in Canada, its tough to pay $29,149 for this bike when i cant stand the look of the fender and the rounded saddlebags. Id rather spend $500 more and get the 2024 Harley Road King Special, bags look better, fender looks better and the engine is bigger and more torque. The 111 engine is becoming very stale and has been around since 2013 I had a 2014 Indian Chief vintage when they 1st came out, but always hated the fender, sold it in 2021 and i was looking at the Chieftain, I really hated the dash lay out and ended up buying a 2021 Street Glide Polaris came out strong and they had a lot of home runs with the revival of Indian and they surpassed Harley which is why i bought an Indian; however, they have become stale over the last few years and have now fallen behind Harley in design and value again

looking at the speed twin 900 but something i noticed was the T100 gets optional cruise control but the speed twin 900 dosnt seem to have it on the website yet they are the same bike pretty much so im just wondering if its possible to get the electronic cruise control for the speed twin 900 or even street scrambler 900

Triumph went cheap with the single wall headers. They used to be double wall. Now they are single and turn brown. 👎
