Shop/Channel Update New Toy/Tool Kubota BX23S & implements, Culvert pipe, Pool Liner, Chevy Colorado
This year has been a tough year, lots of changes and doesn't seem like I can get anything done. I was able to get a new toy/tool for the shop/homestead and was a great purchase! I should have bought one years ago!!! The driveway/culvert pipe was a task to get done and glad I had the tool for the job. Since the driveway was collapsing, I had to do something fast. then came the pool project, well that went well but was another big task. Along with all this came the Colorado for inspection... We that turned int a huge task and wow, what a job. With all this stuff going on it was hard to get anything else done. Thank you all for your patience, hoping to get more video's uploaded for you.

    I’ve got a 2011 F-150 with this same issue. Chime comes on only when you push in on the key, no accessory mode, and the fuel pump kicks on whenever you move the key into different positions but it starts and runs just fine. Just ordered a new ignition switch, so hopefully all goes well!

    Not sure what's up with my new strut but the 3 bolts will go up top but then the mounting bottom bolt bushing is turned the wrong way for the 21 mm bolt to go through. Do the tops or bottom mounts rotate or twist? Or are they specific to driver's and passenger side?

    • @SABsGarage
      @SABsGarage 16 днів тому

      Nope, they are the same for both sides. I would put the top in first and rotate the bottom to get it to line up, so yes you can twist them. Good luck!

    Is this tractor designed to free wheel down hill while in drive? I test drove one today and it rolled to fast downhill "in gear" had to use the brake to slow it down. Is that normal? It also needs friction plates!

    • @SABsGarage
      @SABsGarage Місяць тому

      No, if the pedal/handle is locked in forward or reverse, it will not free wheel. So you either have worn clutches or it's not adjusted correct to lock into forward or reverse.

    There's two marks on flywheel how do I tell which is for forward or reverse?A n are you saying to put fly wheel on mark an set points maybe 25 thousand

    • @SABsGarage
      @SABsGarage 28 днів тому

      It's hard to tell which is forward or reverse and really doesn't matter. The marks are to set when the points just open, the light just turning on. These are a little different than other engines, the point gap is how you advance or retard spark. If you get the inspection plate set right, i.e. the points opening on each dot on flywheel, you never move that plate again and you adjust point gap to advance/retard.

    • @SABsGarage

    After spider is replaced and the pump coupler is moved up to the motor coupler, it looks like they butt up to each other. Is there suppose to be a small gap (.02) between the two ? Any negative repercussions either way ? I'm going to try this and if there is a way to screw it up, I'll find it.

    • @SABsGarage
      @SABsGarage 28 днів тому

      Yeah there should be a small gap, if tight it may wear the coupler a little faster.

      Hmm, sound like either the pressure is to high or maybe not the right nozzle? The nozzles are sized to GPM and PSI, If to small of a nozzle is used, it will build to much pressure and possibly stall.
