I've always wondered what could have happened in between Episodes VIII and IX. I figured that the idea of having a movie based on the Galaxy's Edge theme park itself would be a nice idea to make even if it may not be planned in the future. Though sometimes thinking about it gives me this sense that a film based on the theme park would work as a sub-story that's meant to tie in the events of the Sequel Trilogy. 🤔 MTFBWY! 💙

Alright, this is a really awesome. It gives the audience a sense of the state that the Galaxy and the Resistance in, enough information to get us hooked in, and it leaves certain details out so that we can get to see them in the actual film.

Best ride EVER. I went to Disney World last year and experienced The Rise of the Resistance. So amazing. I went again this year and rode it again. So fantastic

Not 10 seconds and this intro makes me prefer this synopsis over that of The Rise of Skywalker. Good job, whether you like episode 8 or not, this version of episode 9 would have made the sequel trilogy more complete.

The 2nd dark ride that using the same vehicle system as Antartica is in genting skyworlds malaysia, ( fomerly 20th century fox world ) for ice age dark ride. And yeah the ride re currently open as technical rehearsal

Thanks for taking the bullet on this one. The entire video is moot as Disney has already decided on a new direction for EPCOT. The way it was explained to me by someone in Imagineering who would know is that the type of sponsor market that would support a vision of EPCOT that excites long-time fans is over. For now, at least, the days of a company dropping 10s of millions of dollars on building a new attraction or pavilion is over. Corporate marketing has completely shifted focus and companies don't have to rely on a visit to EPCOT to expose their brand to new customers. But people keep coming to Walt Disney World and EPCOT remains the park with the largest capacity (which is being leveraged by the many festivals that have taken over almost every week of the year). What that all means that Disney has to pay for all new attractions or pavilions. From the company's perspective that makes it the sponsor, so it naturally follows that Disney IP be the star.
