I would like to see the meat heads in a season with Team Fun. That would be so great! Have a season of all the fun teams.

I like Meredith, Gretchen can be likable but her frequent misuse of God’s name (and the whiny tone of voice she uses for that), I just really cannot stand that.

Bruce, on that food challenge, I honestly think that if they didn’t tell you what the parts are and just told you it’s meat, you’d have done well in that, and maybe even won it.

Brett, you know I agree with you a lot more often than I agree with Bruce, but…yes, I do think Aubrey should have won. I’m probably not as strong as most of the fan base about it, but there you have it. We will have to agree to disagree.

Bruce is right about the farm eggs. With farm fresh eggs, most people that raise them don’t refrigerate them, they keep them in bowl out on the table.

Can we please have more Ricky and Cesar and less like Team Guido, though? R and C were so fun and funny and likable people. Team Guido and Lynn and Alex are not likable, I don’t enjoy playing dirty in TAR.

Bruce, you should have told your story about your first time at Lambert’s!!! I love that story!!!

I wondered about Rome throwing it, because he never tried to do any different to try to win. He never tried to switch places or listen to anyone else. If it wasn’t working why did he not some SOMETHING to try to win? Throwing not not, this dude frustrates me to no end. His arrogance is at a lethal level.

After hearing you guys talk about Emily again, I would really LOVE to see you have both Emily and Liz on here together. Both are so smart I’d love to hear their interaction and insights.

Bruce, you’re actually pretty close to being right. An heirloom tomato is a variety that has been passed down through generations or was commercially introduced before 1940. Google gave more specifics.

Wow!!!!! So excited o see Liz on here! I cannot believe my son kept this secret from me!!! I think Liz is one of my favorite (top three) couple of players from New Era.

It’s a great idea to do a leg in StL. Have to include the Arch and Busch Stadium BUT, two things off the beaten path that I would have them do an activity at would be City Museum, and a little bit outside of town is Cahokia Mounds. Laumeier Sculpture Park could be cool, Forest Park (site of the 1904 Worlds Fair AND Olympics) and some of the Lewis and Clark sights.

Really enjoyed this one! Would LOVE to see this cast play it out. It’s a really good mix/variety on so many levels, and I love that you balance out each of the eras. Definitely would love to see the Dietz guys and Colby and his brother.

This was a fun one! The storytelling really makes the show, and some may not be the greatest players but they provide the greatest commentary. There’s a few of them who I’d love to have as a background commentary during the regular episodes.

That was SO much fun! Way better to see the real person than the edited version.

One of my top five favorite seasons. Rodger and Elizabeth and Tina and Colby are two of the best duos ever on Survivor.

If we are doing one of all new era, I really like this whole thing! The cast, the theme, the setup! My only difference would be to not include winners, but it makes things interesting to have a few in there.

About the puffins, I expected something like a puffin exhibit at a zoo type of thing.

My favorite quote of the episode was “Whoa, I sounded really blonde just now.” From my favorite, Bethany.

I want to go back and watch that scene again, but it looks to me like in the competition to get that taxi, the firefighter and the blonde girl were both getting in at the same time, he got in slightly before her, she was trying to squeeze in past him and pushed back. But that’s just my take.

In reference to the boats, I can assure you that Bruce would have toppled the boat over. Bruce is good at many things; balance a NOT one of those things.

Things I have not liked about this season is there are no non-elimination legs, and they spend the entire season in the same part of the world. I miss them having to plan their own flights also. And this season the challenges seemed a LOT easier every week.

Last season was definitely one of the best ever. Definitely need some of those teams back for an all star season.

Beautiful tribute to Sonja, that’s for that. I was always sorry she didn’t get to come back somehow. She was a delightful person to have around. I’d love to have seen what she’d do once the world knew more about this new game.

I think in a season with so many people trying to be large and in charge, Liz has quietly orchestrated TWO blindsides and NO ONE suspects her or feels treated by her, which is pure genius. Honestly I have found myself liking Liz more every week.

I think Liz was playing it VERY smart during all the Soda/Venus stuff…

Great discussion on casting. I like the backstories but when EVERYONE has a sob story and EVERYONE is a super fan, it kind of neutralizes the effect. It’s like how people have overused the word “literally” to the point that the word has lost its impactfulness. One good thing about casting is that we don’t have an entire cast of beach models anymore.

I definitely get the Debbie vibes from Liz. I think Liz is Debbie with a big dose of sanity.

Bruce…when you compare yourself to Charlie don’t forget he is also a XC runner, too. Which is why I picked him preseason. XC kids are built different.
