Here's a tutorial on how I decorate spiral bound notebooks making DIY covers and dividers. This video ended up a little bit messy (interruptions galore!)... so if there is anything that wasn't explained clearly, or anything I missed please feel free to ask questions in the comments :) Thanks so much for watching!
cool
Beautiful job!
I get these beautiful picture calendars every year and would like to use them for book dividers or book overs for journals etc. I would like to see ideas made with these. Also, I like to use my coloring pages in some projects and make for gifts. Any ideas?
You're so good at tutorials! You should do some more! 😊
Bonny And Clive thanks so much! I definitely want to as I love to share ideas! 💕
So true that you are more likely to use it if it's pretty! 😄
Lovely neat work and a great idea. Thanks for sharing. Stanley Packaging in Victoria have the matte labels for half the cost of Officeworks and that includes delivery.www.stanleypackaging.com.au/
Hello B Natural thanks so much for watching and sharing the link... when I runout I will most definitely check them out 😊
Great idea! :)
Bonny And Clive thank you 😊
very easy and very cool. I think you could also use the "thing" you use when you are making an appliqué with quilting fabric that way you can make it as big or small as you would like . Thanks for sharing this.
Tora Geirs thanks so much! Do you mean fusible web/heat n bond? I had some, but I’m kind of ‘tight’ with it... and I couldn’t be bothered pulling out my iron (seems to be a theme with me! 😂) but I agree, for bigger pieces, it would probably be a much better alternative. Thanks so much for watching!
You're back! Yay! Your DIY Spiral Book youtube has been my goto for setting up my bullet journals for the last year or so.
Oh wow, this has made my day... I didn’t think I would have been missed at all! Thanks so much Kiri 💕
Thank you so much for sharing!
Raelie Kail you are so welcome! Thanks for watching x

THANK YOU!!! I can’t believe how much rambling so have to sit through on so many videos before they get to the point!!
What size hole punch are you using ?
Not to be mean but you seem a little sexist... ;-;
Lizzie Volz sorry, I don't mean any offence at all, it is one of my first videos and I can babble when nervous. I guess I've only experienced planner groups full of women! My son is 15 and absolutely loves stationery (he even claimed my Lamy fountain pen!) so I definitely know that some guys like planning. Thank you for bringing it to my attention though :)
oh sorry, I didn't mean like that, I meant about the fact that you keep saying girls. Guys might be watching.
Lizzie Volz that's ok... funny thing is I say guys all the time for girls and guys, and I was worried girls may get upset that I called them guys 😳 😂. I really do appreciate you bringing it to my attention though 😊.
Thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly. I appreciate your offer to send me a few pages. I particularly liked the llamas. I'll investigate llama paper available here in the states. You may be hearing from me. Thanks again. Have a fun weekend🦄
Hi, I MUST have this paper pad. I googled Daydream Wanderer and didn't have any luck finding it:( so I'm assuming this is an Australian company? is there any way possible I can purchase this paper pad? I'm really hoping I'll hear back from you. Thanks so much.
jill orcutt hi 😊, the paper pad was from Aldi here in Australia... unfortunately they only bring out special deals on scrap booking stuff once a year... you need to be quick to get them (like within the first few hours) or you miss out 😟. I would be happy to send you some pages, but I'm thinking postage would be fairly expensive if you're not in Australia.
jill orcutt Target here in the US has very similar double-coil notebooks.
You got the paper from Aldi? I've been trying to find some decent papers with patterns. P.S. I was able to get the one with the zip folder as well.
Thank you so much for a great video. I have since made one for my Kikki planner :)
Handmade you are most welcome... I'm so glad you found it useful 😊
You have no idea how happy I am right now. An Australian planner!! Who buys stuff from Australia!! YAY!! I get so sad watching other planners put cute stuff in their diaries that you can't get here. Thanks so much! xxxx
Leah and Darren Hazelton You are most welcome, and thank you so much for watching 😊 x
I just ran into officeworks and bought this notebook to turn into my planner for next year! xx Leah
Leah and Darren Hazelton that's awesome 🙂 the paper quality is lovely x
I enjoyed your video! This is great. I can't wait to find folders. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks so much Andrea :) I've made a couple for nearly all my planners now, they are so handy!
Great video! Thanks
Thanks so much Michelle :)
