Back in 2007 Lions Den gym, I was one of those guys peering through the glass doors noticing Michaels talent as a young purple belt. Michael had a huge influence on me and changed my perspective massively back then. I don’t know Mark personally but he through Michael has had much positive influence on many of us. Keep passing on those timeless values 🤜🤛 ❤️🥋

Amazing style of jits constantly looking for the finish and a great professor. Great times training with M.R. back in the day. Highly recommend and probably the most un promoted guy in the U.K. would love to see him back competing again.
