What weight size you like using out there?
Depending on the tide. If the water is moving to fast 3/8 jig 1/4 when the water is calm!
That sand will strip its slime coat. You can do better

Did you get on the ferry to go to this spot?
No low tide is good you can fish the chanel only 2ft of water is there to get to the spot
No ferry is needed to get to Honeymoon Island, only Calidesi Island. But he's not fishing either. He's close to both, but I don't want to give the man's exact location away!

What rod and reel setup is that?
Penn Battle 2 3000 on shimano teramar inshore medium action and 20 pounds braid. You can use anything for Sheepshead
Where did you get those crabs for bait?
On the beach when the tide is low you look for places that have racks. You can get this at tackle shop
