I believe this. Have you ever looked for something that you know where put it but it wasn't there it was somewhere else you shifted realities. I do this quite often or it wasn't where i put so i looked somewhere else then went back to that spot and boom it was there its awesome. The changes can happen immediately.

I would love for anyone to explain this in a way that we can follow, not some idea, but actual actions, thoughts with examples
Pretty much the past doesn’t exist except in your perceived memory, and the future doesn’t exist. There is only here and now. And here and now you can choose to start taking action to live the life you want to live. For instance, I was living a life that I didn’t want to live, living in a city that I didn’t want to live in, and had friends that I didn’t love to be around. I had become depressed. I kept myself living in these conditions because my perception of myself was that I deserved it, or that I needed to fight a long and hard journey towards happiness. Until one day I reached a breaking point of exhaustion and said “I’m gonna change everything right now.” I moved to a new country, made new lovely friends, started making way more money, and I thought I would lose the respect of my family and friends for doing this and “giving up on the American dream,” but I actually gained respect from those who I already knew. It was just because of my beliefs and definitions about myself at the time that I thought it would be the end of the world if I just started doing what I truly wanted to do with no fear that I wouldn’t be provided for along the way. Realistically, every single aspect of my life improved drastically by doing this, and zero of them got worse, yet I was holding myself in fear over this for years. Similar to in the Matrix when Morpheus explains to Neo the concept of “residual self image” being the concept of the reason why we look the way we look and are the way we are, is because our sequence of memories essentially tells our current consciousness that this is how we should be. Once you become aware of this, it is possible for You to break from that thought process and reinvent yourself whenever you want, as long as you let go of whatever mindsets/beliefs/societal programming ideas that are holding you back from being your true self!

Patanjali’s yoga sutras. “Yoga” is the act of quieting the neurotic mind. Take on a meditative practice, find solitude in nature, away from your phone even. Learn how to focus on the breath, learn how to feel yourself out along the spine, stretch to open up the “myofascial meridians”, as per the work of Ida Rolf, Thomas Myers, the “myofascial release” of John Barnes. That was my path towards calming the mind, releasing tension, finding healing. One of the fruits of this path was basically ego death, not like I died inside but rather I found a new way to perceive the world from the bottom up, a new paradigm that placed my “self” in better context, within the web of “egos” that was all the relationships in my chaotic life. When you look towards others in an act of healing, it’s much easier to make the necessary changes within yourself to enact that healing, if that makes sense… Sorry if this is a weird rant but I’ve been working on this myself, learning these concepts, and I’m starting to see the effects in my own life, trying to figure out how to share this stuff with others. Just typing it all out is starting to make it make sense to me 😅

I was thinking something similar. If someone truly grasped this, it would radically change their world.
This is 100% true! Try playing around with this, and see the truth for yourself!! Choose a different belief about a certain situation. And then it changes your reality, when you choose a different belief. Hence you enter a different dimension. We create our experience on earth as we are creators. We are God experiencing life through different eyes. And as God we get to learn as a collective what heaven on earth would look like. Because we have experienced all levels of good and bad. And as we all collectively choose to focus on manifesting the life we want, we then create heaven on earth. The more of us that become aware of our innate power, the quicker we can manifest our new reality, which is us being in heaven here on earth. As the bible says, heaven is within us! “The Kingdom of God is within you!”
