Ive loved him since his second year where he really got a bump in play time, and especially after his 3rd year I was super high on him because he had 5.5 sacks I believe and for us, that was one of the higher totals and from d-tackle as well, I saw him as a good pass rusher as well as a good run stopper. After this year though, he’s fucking elite. I’d be telling people he was the most underrated player on the Ravens going into the year, and needless to say they agreed with me about midway through. Now he gets his recognition and finally, FINALLY, Baltimore resigns their top pass rusher after having a breakout season rather than letting them walk (Zadarius Smith, Matthew Judon). Now that everyone knows how much of a menace Beeks is, now I’m saying Brandon Stephens is the most underrated player on defense (hopefully I’m right again)

The pure, raw power is complemented by excellent short-area quickness and explosion. Pierce is a true force. Also, allows Ro and Trent to hunt unscathed. The same recipe was used for the GOAT, Ray Lewis.

He is extremely explosive for a 0 tech, knocks guards off their spot, then has moves to get the passer or, the ability to stack and shed the blocker to stuff the ball carrier

To see his development from where he was in 2021 to 2023 is astounding. He was already strong and athletic, he improved his technique and has an arsenal of pass rush moves at his disposal

Sorry to say it but Lamar ain't the QB to utilize correctly. Check his college tape. RARELY do you see Lamar throw a guy open or I stride. Always overthrown or wait for Wr to be Wide Open instead of when he's flat out open. Lamar survives in blown coverages

Great stuff as always! Nate Wiggins is already the best cover man on the team. I don't know how all the x's & o's will work out, but those type guys play early & often and it be surprising if he's not.

I actually think these Ravens are set at all positions unless there is no growth from Vorhees, Cleveland or Ardarius Washington. Washington has been overlooked but he was the starting slot corner last year. He is a safety. I would prefer to see him play the Geno role as a deep Safety. Cleveland, Vorhees and Mekari should be in the mix at G. In my opinion Mekari is too good to let sit again with Rosengarten on the roster as a potential swing Tackle.

If you get the opportunity please look at Simms complete on Devin Leary. It will give you an insight into what team Martin saw in him.

As great as he is in the slot, I think they dont want to keep K-Ham in the slot. I think he was there due to need. Pepe, A. Washington, Marlo, all got hurt. He rotsted with Mullet in the slot.

Why not put Humphries at safety? He's getting older, great talker and this will keep him healthier through the season.

I wouldn't be surprised if Humphrey moves to the slot have Stephens & Wiggins start on the outside this season, could Wallace be traded for value since he's in his last yr under contract?
