But the soundtrack is what captured my heart and of course David Foster did a stellar job at capturing the magic and bittersweet feelings of this movie! Watched this movie as a teenager in the 90s. It made me cry then, just because of the sheer beauty and bitter sweetness of it all. Years later I watched it and I have a whole entirely new perspective, regarding suicide, mental illness, and depression. I have known a lot of people in my life like Katie Chandler. Vibrant and worth it, even if the struggle was real. RIP. I remember you.

THIS movie hit me in a way I can't explain when I was really young, and I LOVED the soundtrack, I related to the suicide issue SO much. It's so weird that I found it again at 48 and it is helping me feel connected again bc now I"ve dealt with suicide so much in my life that it's weird to hear it again after so many years and feel more connected now. I don't know if I'm making sense but music IS incredible for making you feel seen and heard! I actually believe too that part of us knows we will experience things in our lives so the universe gives us things that we connect with bc it knows we will need it later to reflect on and REALLY connect with! Pretty amazing. And when I say the universe, I mean God, and all HE has to dazzle us with. He gives us every opportunity to feel connected to the world, even when others purposely disappoint us. Music can literally save your life.

Why is this movie never shown on TV any more?? I was 20 when this came out and I thought it was excellent.

Such a great movie , saw when I was younger at the movies . So worth watching. Not only a great baseball movie . Yet story , soundtrack, that I'm proud to have to this day .

Tengo el mismo pedal, cuando lo acciono se escucha bien, la falla viene cuando quito el pie, y la guitarra se escucha " opaca"(sin brillo), despues de unos segundos se escucha normal.. Que podrá ser?

man, i broke the time adjusment control of my hell babe. (the blue and white part) and now it got stucked in the max speed, so when I stop stepping the pedal, it gets some seconds active until get off. do you know how i can fix this? is that some way to turn the key without that part?
