    Thank you for sharing such an informative video. I am trying, but still unable to figure out how to reset the forgotten voicemail PIN on my Yealink T46S phone. Please help!

      If you have our UD Voice service please contact us and we can reset it. If you don't have our service you will have to contact whoever your service is through as the pin number is stored on the services itself not the phones.

    great video thank you. I have a FULL Voicemail box on my W56H and get a forbidden message when select to listen to voicemail. Do you know how to fix this

      Just give us a call if it's our UDVoice phone service. If it's not then contact your service provider as it's different per service provider as each one has different buttons etc for these functions.

      For our system you just contact us and we program everything. This is a training video for UD voice phone service. For any one elses system you would have to follow their instructions as every system is different.

      It depends on if you have our UD Voice phone system we can help with that, just give us a call. If you don't have our system then its hard to say as it's different for every provider... on UD Voice Paging groups have to be setup on the backend and assigned as line keys to page.

      That's done on the backend... If you have our UD Voice phone system please give us a call and we can assist with that. If you have someone else's phone system using the phones like we have you will have to contact them.

      @@ushma2002 Unfortunately no we dont have backend access to other providers phone systems. We can only work on our UD Voice Systems. I would suggest you call them and see if they even have these features in their systems or get support from your provider.

    Does anyone have instructions on how to reset the phone to manufacturer settings when the phone has a password? The password was set by another administrator who is no longer with the company and we have changed phone service

      If you have our UD Voice phone system give us a call and we can get you a list of passwords for phones on our service. I assume you mean for another service or the phone in general and that differs per provider as they all do this differently.

    How do I change the voicemail password on the phone? It says the password is wrong and I need to change it and don't know how . It keeps saying the password is wrong.

      If you have our UD Voice Phone System and service that we installed, then give us a call and we can reset that for you. If you are watching this video because you have a similar phone, then you would need to contact your Phone service provider or installer to get that reset. That is done on the phone system backend if you don't know the existing voicemail pin number.

      On our UD Voice phone service with this phone, you can only park an individual caller. You could split the conference call back into two calls and park them individually if needed. But you cannot park a conference call.

    We have these phones, we would like to play Christmas music on all of the phones in the office. Meaning, that we would like the music to be played over the external speaker in the phone itself. Does anyone know if this could be done? We had this capability with our old phones system, but I cannot figure this out.

      There is no way to our knowledge to play music over the phones speaker of a t48s, some of the conference phones have a media player, but this is done per phone.

      If you are doing a warm transfer, you just press cancel and the caller will be back on your phone.

      For our UD Voice customers yes we can rearrange them. Just call our office and we can do this for you. If you have another phone provider besides UD Voice you would have to contact them as this is phone service dependent.

      You can simply press the line key for their phone when it's blinking (ringing thier phone) and that will pickup the call on our UD Voice phone system. If you are using another provider for phone service that may not work. But that does work on UD Voice. Also, on UD Voice we can configure what is called pickup groups to allow picking up other people's phone calls as well. If you are a UD Voice customer please give us a call and we can assist with this.

    Hello, do you know why callers can't hear me on the Elevate app (I can hear them)? I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app, restarting my computer, and obvious checks like headset/mute, etc. Is my MAC somehow blocking the audio? Or something with my internet (I've tried various wifi/internet connections). Sound works fine with Google Voice, etc... Just not Elevate. Thank you for your assistance

      Hello, this would be something we would have to troubleshoot. If you are one of Unbound Digitals customers just call us and we can help. If your not our customer then call your support company that sold you the Elevate platform. We have thousands of customers using the app with no issues. So I would say it would be your device that needs to be looked at. As long as you have good signal it should work. There is something called SIP ALG that is sometimes enabled on a router or modem from your internet provider. This will cause what you are talking about for sure. Your IT provider can help you disable this on your network and test for it's presence. It could also be permissions issues on your phone not allowing all the permissions will cause issues as well. All these are just guessing as real troubleshooting needs to be done. If you are one of our customers call us if not whoever sold you the Elevate system should be able to help with this. Thanks!

I've heard from another source that it was likewise a SIP ALG issue as my calls are also occasionally dropping (on Good Voice, for example). I do not have personal access to the router/modem. Do I simply just raise the concern with my wifi provider and they should be able to sort it out? (I have a phone data plan that I tether)

      @@jasonmiller1106 Hey again, so it turns out, the new Elevate web app for Chrome works in the sense that callers can (finally!) hear me when I make an outbound call. However, it does not look like I can receive calls on the web app version - is that the case? (As in, the first icon that is meant to be on the top left corner (the little headset image) is not there/not an option). Also, the desktop Elevate app for MAC is still not working for me (callers cannot hear me when I make an outbound call, however, the option to receive incoming calls is there (although callers still cannot here me there either)) - thank you again for any insight/feedback, Jason!

      If you are one of our customers at Unbound Digital or UD Voice customer we can help troubleshoot this. Otherwise I would ask your provider to assist as we have tools to check for sip ALG and to troubleshoot these issues. So if you are a UD Voice customer feel free to call us.

    Can you use line keys to do a blind transfer? It doesn't look like there is a "More" button when you hit blind transfer.

      With UD Voice Phone system yes. This is dependent on your carrier. But yes with our service. You can hit transfer then pick a line key to blind transfer to.

      Yes, including on a standard SIP service. You can just hit the line key on the side during your call and it will do a blind transfer with just that one key press.
