This is a very Italian thing todo ...I'm stationed in Italy and this is very common.... almost in every" Bar( they are small restaurants called Bars. ❤❤❤❤
I love the fact you enjoy pickled things as much as a I do. I also use Mayo to grill the bread...and I use Cheddar slices...but I grill the cheddar before I add it on the grill bread....gives the cheese a different flavor. Jalapeños ❤ and a cup a hot creamy basil tomato soup ....❤❤❤

This “trattoria” of Piazza Rosa has become the “birthplace of fettuccine all’Alfredo”.
