I think I have an impacted tooth on the upper center part of my teeth. I'm 18 years old and my permanent tooth has not yet expose, or maybe it 's still stuck inside my gums. I had an accident when I was 1yr old and unfortunately my upper tooth (temporary tooth) have been cracked. sadly, my permanent tooth is still not showing.
