Thank you for your video. It was helpful. To get the lid off you need 2 screwdrivers. The thickest flat head for the crease and the thinnest flat head for the side. Take the thick flat head and push up, gently take the thin flat head and push the side in towards the battery and lift. There's a little plastic piece that snaps the lid in place. It should just pop up. Trust me, it took me forever to figure it out! After cleaning it out (yes, there was tons of cat hair stuck all over and inside the casing of the battery) I put the cover back on and it's now charging. I'll let you know if I had success or need to replace the battery. Good luck!
