The writer makes it appear that Cemre love Nedim, but she never left Cenk until the very end. Nedim knows Cenk is sick thats why he give ups Cemre, never been shown that Cemre loves Cenk but she never left him. Does she really loves Cenk here, secretly in love with him?

I initially wanted Nedim and Cemre but, later I was hoping that Cenk and Cemre would stay together and she would fall in love with him. I know he wasn’t perfect but he was the only one that wronged Nedim that actually repented and changed. I was hoping at least he would get a chance to be with someone who thought the world of him too. Plus both brothers suffered so much. I don’t understand why the writers had this great chemistry with them and several times it seemed like Cemre was starting to have feelings for him but then she would quickly dismiss it and focus on Nedim once again. Also, I didn’t like how Nedim never carried out his revenge. He just kept saying that he would do something, messed up his relationship with his uncle and nearly lost Cemre for nothing. Like I wished he would have just admitted that he didn’t have the heart to hurt them.
