In the video you said that the library is developing and changing quite rapidly and that in 2 weeks it can be already different, and also that you'll add info in the description if something changes. But there's no news in the info that something important changed. So that's the basis of my question above

Multi-timers can be helpful for various exercises... Tabata (20s work 10s rest), EMOM (every minute on the minute), breath exercises like box breathing or Wim Hoff.......

I love my RM2. I use it for my personal journal, dream journal, sketchbook, poetry book, reading, and doing puzzles like sudoku, crosswords and word searches. I also use it for learning cursive and calligraphy writing.

Did it end up replace ur physical notebook ?
