If I was ypu O would definetly have saved up for the quest 3. Its SOOOO much better, in every way.

Huggggee waste with the Quest 3 out. It saddened me when i read the title. Literally do as others recommend and return it. Its hands down your best option and theres no real contest.

Tips: 1. Unless you're lucky, there will be a period of time where you're getting your "VR Legs". Be careful what games you start out with. Anything were you move using the joystick may make you sick initially due to motion sickness. Games like Beat Saber, Space Pirate Trainer, Blaston, or Walkabout Mini Golf can be great starter games. 2. If you get annoyed wearing the headset I cannot adequately describe how much morecomfortable an Elitte Style head strap can make your experience. The Bobo VR M1 Elite + battery strap and an VR Cover PU leather facial interface are the ultimate combo for comfort. 3. Be sure to get the IPD adjustment right. It isn't documented but you can wedge it halfway between the each of the 3 settings if need need to. Close one eye, and if you have to push the headset toward your nose to make it clear then you need a lower setting. Away from your nose, a higher setting.

should of gotten a quest 3, more future proof an would not have to upgrade in awhile. you're most likely going to be doing air link for steamvr because meta quest gaming store got shit alls games to enjoy. i have had the quest 2 for about a year now i already got rid of it an tired of it due to the fact of the headset being blurry if you move ur head to much an you always have to adjust the IPD an also it would be worth while if u invest in "HiBloks Cooling Fan Face Cover for Meta/Oculus Quest 2 Accessories" id say get the AMVR one because it comes with an light blocker for more immersive gameplay. if you do not purchase a cooling face fan the heat that comes off of the lenses are not a joke you will most likely get light headed fast and your eyes will burn an it wont be enjoyable at all the fan helps A-LOT!. either or welcome to the VR community i remember when i first got my headset so much excitement! have to love it! ENJOY MAN HAVE FUN!
