'Breathing Manual' is an introspective album that speaks about the deeply harrowing phase of anxiety disorder that struck me in 2023 - but it is at the same time a testament to my transformation and healing. It is a testament to the fact that suffering CAN be changed into artistic expression. 'Breathing Manual' is not a lamentation, it is a look inside and a look forward.
