This seafood buffet was for a private dinner party that I attended. It was huge. This Fogo de Chao restaurant shut down the restaurant for this dinner party. It was hosted by Municipal Operations and Consulting of Spring TX during a conference for Texas Water Board Directors. As far as I know, you are correct. I have been to several Fogo de Chao restaurants over many years and have never seen a seafood buffet like this at any of them, except at the private dinner party. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Good question. I Googled "Why does water come out of the hawsepipe"? The answer is that it is seawater pumped through to rinse the anchors and anchor chains to remove mud. Thanks for watching.

It's for ballast to make the bow lighter and the stern dip down to clear the bridge.
