Hey sho I actually tested the game and it runs pretty smoothly on 720p, high texture and with Taa. I get around 30-35 fps so I don’t know why it’s struggling to run on your pc since we have both same specs

I have the exact same spec as this video. Tips for anyone who has the same spec: 1. Don't reduce your resolution more than 720p. Lower than that doesn't increase performance. 2. **Essential** Go to advance graphic setting and change "image quality" to "variable (prioritize framerate)" 3. Enable anti-aliasing: "TAA + FXAA" to erase the annoying riggid texture on screen (weirdly enough it doesn't decrease my performance). The game plays very smoothly with these setting, even more smooth than this video showcase. At least on my laptop anyway. You can set the rest at lowest setting. Also Make sure your ssd also have more than 20% free space to make sure it didn't slow down the overall pc performance. Peace~ ✌ Edit: Lowering resolution in fact does matter 💀

BTW you can play rdr 2 well in this setup.I had my pagefile set to 20gb because game crashed sometimes without that. I played in 1360x768 resolution,fsr ultra,normal texture quality,animal fur and decals high and everything else low. I got 26 to 30FPS in saint denise (most crowded town in game) and 30+ fps in other towns.outside towns I got about 32 to 38FPS. Game crashes with out of video memory message in saint denise.I played mission in saint denise with fsr performance and low texture quality and there was no crashes. I used the drivers came with laptop when i bought it.after updating drivers fps was very low.so i had to roll back to old drivers.You should try that if you get low fps after driver updates because laptops come with drivers customized by the manufacturers to provide better performence.downside of using old drivers is you won't be able to play some games released or updated after that driver version.

Will forza horizon 4 crash in this setup.I tried fitgirl repack about 7 months ago and it crash after playing for sometime.i saw an elamigos update release in fitgirl site.did anyone try it?and did anyone try to play with increased page file,I forgot to do that.

I have huawei matebook d15 with same specs 8gb dual channel ram.i get abot 30 to 37 fps with fsr ultra,1360×768 res,textures medium,fur quality ultra,decal high and everything else low. in crowded areas in saint denise town(most demanding place in game) it is about 25 to 27 fps. I was using the drivers i got with the laptop.if i updated the gpu drivers my performance is closer to you.

Fps of cutscenes can reach upto 60 but i capped it to 30fps since the fps during gameplay is around 20 and even lower when in a city with a lot of crowd
