Max GW points is 265 not 180....180 isnt enough to get to the bottom square. Also ive heard that max gw level is 60 not 50 but i havent been able to verify

5:29 This is just one example of how the game cheats you by picking and choosing how & when it interprets its meaning. For example, when you add a grand atk jewel to your equipment, it adds 15% atk. With jewels the game treats the boosted amount as a whole number, meaning if you add a grand hitman atk jewel to a grand king suit, it will add 15% to the 10% hitman atk giving a total of 25% hitman atk. However, when it comes to the Equipment Investment tree & the Equipment Gov War Skill, it treats the boosted amount as a fraction, NOT as a whole number the way it does with the jewels. Meaning that when you use the Equipment Skill that quinine is showing you in 5:29 of the video, it is supposed to treat the 5% boosted value as a whole number just as it does with jewels. But instead it treats it as a fraction and cheats you. Grand kings suit has 10% hitman atk. When you add jewel, it treats the boosted value as a whole number meaning if the jewel is 5% then the total hitman atk will be 15%. But with the Equipment investment tree and gov war equipment skill it treats the boosted amount as a fraction so if it's 5% then the total only comes out to 10.5% instead of 15%. Again, for those that don't understand; with jewels the game does math like this: 10% + 5% = 15%. But with equipment investment tree boost (adds up to 10% basic attributes to all equipment) and gov war equipment skill boost (adds up to 5% boost of basic attributes to all equipment) it does the math like this: 10% + 5% = 10.5%. If you don't believe me then go and see for yourself. The proof is right there in 5:29 where quinnie says the gov war skill is supposed to add 5% to the equipment, so why is not 10% + 5% =15% ? But when you add a jewel to your equipment, it treats it as a whole number.
