Not at all. Helps stop infections. Not really something I go out of my way to deal with, but if soap and water fall into my lap... Point here is to show the game mechanics, not to rush through it. Plenty of players each week that jump on this server, rush around, die a few times, and quit. I don't need to be one of them. LOL

Could be your driving skill Stat is low, could be driving at full throttle all the time, could be the server you are playing on has fuel consumption set higher than vanilla. Hard to say really.
