Nah Gladiator 2 is crap
Red One looks pretty bad. I might have to watch it to see how bad it is.
I had very similar thoughts on Heretic. I can forgive Red One as I’m all about the Christmas movies 😂
@@LisaLoves I wish they landed the ending on heretic! Other than that it was very enjoyable 😊 thanks for watching Lisa! 😊
Good review bud, this is what I was afraid of.
@@ReviewsWithRich thanks for watching bud! It’s fine for what it is but has nothing on the original!
I agree on Heretic, loved seeing Hugh Grant in a serious role and when he’s talking about monopoly that was magnificent and Red One, I skipped over We Live in Time as I haven’t seen it yet 🙂
@@DidYouZThatHugh grant was my favourite thing about the film! 🙌 we’re pretty much agreed on red one 😱😂 I’d be interested to hear your thoughts on we live in time if you do get to see it! Thanks for watching bud! 😊
Come on, unnecessary? You can same the say thing for every sequel in the past 20 years.
Very nice list! I would put Senjutsju like in the middle though. Hell on Earth is one of my favorite Maiden songs, and there are a couple of very good ones like Lost in a Lost World, Stratego, Writing on the wall, among others. I would put Somewhere in Time a bit higher too! For me: 1) Seventh Son 2) Powerslave 3) Somewhere in Time
1. KILLERS ...put the rest in any order you like
I’ll deffo go see this but with tempered expectations. Good luck on your second watch!
@@LisaLoves thanks for watching Lisa! I’m looking to hearing your thoughts! I think you’ll have fun with it for what it is 😊
Not surprised unfortunatelly. I thought the 1st was pretty flawless. Still like the soundtrack too.
@@sepollcas the soundtrack is so good of that original! 🙌 thanks for watching! It’s biggest positive is that it could have been so much worse 😂
Yeah I don’t expect this to be as good as the original. I hope it’s got some good action and is entertaining.
@@jasontheoldmillennial7197 it’s fun for what it is but far from a masterpiece! Thanks for watching bud 😊
Cool decent review
@@KoolToTheFoolas87 thanks for watching 😊
@IMOReviews No problem
I was not even a fan of the first movie tbh 😂
@@dannyjorde2677 😂 its at least better than this one! 😂 thanks for watching bud 😊
That’s better! 🙌 sorry for the confusion people! Not sure what happened there, my editing software is trying to sabotage me! 😂
All good mate 👍
@ 😂 it’s DaVinci resolve to answer your question! Think they’ve had an update recently!
Just watched. Wtf is this movie? Trash af
I was 22 when this came out watched it in the Cinema I walked out and said it's a Star Wars film for kids younger than 10! Don't mind it as much as I did due to watching Clone Wars with my partners Son then my Son when he was growing up. It's still the hardest to get through with the Prequels
Was abit of fun nothing to write home about forgettable
To someone who rate Fear of the dark higher than Killers I'd say you are nuts or your socks stink.
Stopped watching as soon as senjutsu was ranked last. Nothing on this channel for me.
@@stonecoldfloors8200 suits me nicely 😊 byeeee 👋 😂
I subscribe every word you said about The Number of the Beast, and I share the same view on The Final Frontier - which is a great album. You should give another chance to a Matter of Life and Death, which I consider one of their best albums.
@@cri774 thank you for such a great comment 😊 a few people have said I need to retry a matter of life and death! I may have to admit I was wrong 🫣😂 thanks again!
I'm new to your channel and showing your channel some love. Keep up with the good work.
@@KoolToTheFoolas87 thank you appreciate the support! 😊
@IMOReviews No problem
Love it and the sequel!
@@danielquick3491 thanks for watching! 😊
1957 worst movie I ever saw.
I’ve always liked watching these movies, they’re definitely enjoyable! I hope you have a great Halloween IMO!👍🎃
@@whatthejim sorry for late reply bud! They were such a fun revisit for Halloween this year! Thanks for watching! Hope you had a great Halloween too bud 😊 🎃
I agree it mimics the vibe of the cartoon very well! I'll try convincing my daughter to watch this with me.
It was a really fun revisit for Halloween this year! 😊 👻 thanks for watching!
I haven’t seen this movie in SOMETIME! Wow, talk about memories here bud 😂
@@DidYouZThat it was such a pleasant trip down memory lane and perfect for the spooky season! 🎃 thanks for watching bud 😊
Your description says "Matthew Millard" it's "Matthew Lillard"
@@juliakarczewski8875 thank you for catching that! 🤦♂️😂
lmao
Man between this movie and Joker 2 it seems like there’s a lot of stinkers out right now. Hopefully you will catch a good one soon.
Thanks for watching bud! Thankfully the Halloween picks are keeping me entertained for now 👻😂
Never cared for the character but in the interests of fair play always try to give a movie a fair crack of the whip. As you rightly point out the movies so far were uninspiring and to fall back on my Irish heritage they were also shite! As a result if your entertaining review I'll not bother this time. I have an arrangement to pull my toe nails out with a pair of pliers! Ironic really that a review of a movie is infinitely more entertaining then the movie itself! Nice work! Regards Alan in Dublin
@@thedarkknightish 😂 thank you for such a great comment!
THANK YOU!!! I said the exact same thing about the writers characterizing Venom like some ridiculous hyperactive child. It is nonsensical and migraine-inducing. 😑😵💫😑
@@DMovieman it’s such a bizarre way to play the character 🤯😂 who are these films for!? 😂 thanks for watching bud!
Great review! I’m kind of tired of these superhero films, so I skipped this one and joker 2. I actually sold most of my superhero films. The superhero fatigue is very real.
@@chapmanmoviereviews I’m right there with you bud! The Batman might be the only exception in recent years! Thanks for watching 😊
At least it wasn't a 1/10.... I have not watched any Venom and I can only hope Tom Hardy used the money to rescue more dogs.
@@sepollcas you’ve had a lucky escape missing all 3 🙌😂 thanks for watching 😊
Hideous stain on cinema. This entire trilogy is a fucking joke
While it was fun, it just……didn’t hit, man. I was pretty displeased with this movie. For the “Last Dance”, sure didn’t feel like a good final film whatsoever
@@TheBigRobTheory It’s such an odd send off, especially when they kind of tease another one 🤔🤷♂️😂 thanks for watching bud! 😊
Don't hold back. Tell us what you REALLY think.
@@juliakarczewski8875 always! 🙌😂 thanks for watching!
I like absolute all their albums, but my ranking would be so: 1. The Number of the Beast 2. Powerslave 3. Somewhere in Time 4. Brave new World 5. No prayer for the dying 6. Killers 7. 7th son 8. Book of souls 9. Iron Maiden 10. Peace of mind 11. A matter of life and death 12. Dance of death 13. Senjutsu 14. Fear of the dark 15. Final frontier 16. X factor 17. Virtual
killers is right up there with their best. i cant believe anyone put fear of the dark ahead of it lol
I’m definitely watching Wild Robot but will skip on the other movies. I appreciate your balanced reviews. Especially when it comes to the Apprentice.
@@jasontheoldmillennial7197 thank you bud for such a lovely comment 😊 I think you’ll thoroughly enjoy the wild robot! I want it be in my top 10 of the year but I just can’t force it in unfortunately… it might get an honourable mention 👏
I loved The Wild Robot, it’s not only one of my favourite DreamWorks films but also my favourite film of 2024. I would give it 9/10!
@@whatthejim thanks for watching bud! 😊 it was so much better than I ever expected it to be 🙌
We did need a movie like TWR. It is such a breath of fresh air. A bit simple and formulaic but full of heart!
@@sepollcas it’s a real mood lifter! Had a huge smile on my face the whole way through! 🙌 thanks for suggesting it and watching! 😊
Naomi's performance was the best part about Smile 2 for me. I enjoyed the film overall, but wasn't crazy about the ending. It was also a bit too long.
@@CynsCorner she was great wasn’t she! I like what it suggests for the potential 3rd installment but yes it was pushing its luck with the runtime! Thanks for watching Cyn 😊
I’ve seen The Shining and the Exorcist on this list. I like the Shining. I sense you like Korean Horror. I try to stay away from the genre as much as I can. Otherwise I’m sure this is a good list.
@@jasontheoldmillennial7197 😂 that’s still pretty impressive for you Jason! 👏 I do like Korean horror 😂 they know how to scare the living daylights out of you 😱😂 thanks for watching bud ! 😊
1. Hereditary - Instant classic that imo led to horror movies in general really stepping up their game. Toni Colettes performance still gives me the chills 2. Martyrs - Absolutly brutal but far far from just gore porn 3. Maniac (2012) - Surprisingly good horror remake from the killers pov. Brutal kills done really well. You always get a clear view with the camera being so close 4. Raw - Awesome French horror about cannibalism. Great soundtrack and a few moments that left me genuinely speechless 5. Mandy - A really stylish action packed revenge movie. Lots of beautiful shots and great acting, especially the cultists! 6. Suspiria - Another awesome remake. Super intense and bloody 7. Mad god - Beautiful stop motion movie that leaves you with feelings of exestential dread :) 8. Carrie - A classic. Not just on my top 10 because I have a crush on Sissy Spacek but the prom scene is actually one of my favourite scenes of any horror. So creative 9. Schramm - Probably one of the bleakest serial killer movies I've seen. Really low budget and nasty. The whole thing makes you feel super uneasy 10. Saint Maud - A movie told through the lens of a Christian fanatic. Feel this one is rarely talked about, it's awesome. Rose glass directed it, same director as Love lies bleeding Some other really good ones that aren't so well known: Starry Eyes, My Heart Won't Beat Unless You Tell it to, The Feast, May
@@nathanr6381 thank you for watching and commenting! Haven’t seen maniac, that sounds fun! Martyrs is one of the most twisted films out there 😳😂
Fantastic Top 10 Horror list Elliot 😀🙌🍿🎃👻🧛♂️🧟♂️🎸🎶 I rewatched Exorcist last week and it gets better with each viewing; definitely now one of my Horror films. Absolutely adore ‘The Shining’; both book & film; my fav Horror film 😍❤️📚 Can’t wait to revisit it 31st October 👌 I’m going to the Tyneside Cinema Halloween All Nighter this weekend and watching four films in one night 😂🙌 Not seen Texas Chainsaw 2 which is one of the films I seeing; it be great to revisit the original again in prep for that bud 😀👍 It’s also Jordan (Movie Worm) favourite Horror film of all time aswell 😊 Keep up the awesome work Elliot; hope you keeping well bud; can’t wait to rewatch JC’s ‘The Thing’ & ‘The Fog’ part of my Horror binge this month 🤩
@@samglendenning9884 thanks for watching bud! Gotta love spooky season 👻 I also haven’t seen the second TCM! I’ve heard it’s quite different 😂 I might also check it out
Some of the most horrific films aren't known as a full horror but their psychological effect on the viewer and mindset is lasting: To name a few: 1.The Wailing 2. Martyrs 3. Hellraiser 4. Alien 5. Starry Eyes 6. Bram Stoker's Dracula 7. Possessor 8. Se7en 9.Saint Maud 10. The Lighthouse Also honourable mentions for The Ninth Gate, Eyes Wide Shut and recently Blink Twice - the more you dig into them the more disturbing they get.
@@DGVI1 martyrs messed with me for a while! 👀 I was questioning how it was even allowed to be made 😂 thanks for watching! 😊
starry eyes is criminally underrated
@@DGVI1 ooh I forgot about the ninth gate! That’s a great shout! It’s nice to see starry eyes getting so much love in the comment section! I didn’t realise that many people had seen it! Thanks for watching 😊
The Tale of Two Sisters, Audition, The Wailing are ones I’m adding to my list bud! Thanks for the recommendations, the others you’ve mentioned I’ve seen / The Babadook is one I am intrigued by but I’ve heard things about that annoying kid 🙂
@@DidYouZThat thanks for watching bud! I’d love to see your reaction to audition as I know you struggle with eyes like I do 🫣😂 oh yes! The babadook is a great film but that kid is insanely irritating 😂
