what happens to the line if there is a joining pipe? wouldn't it just block the joining pipe off? this concept seems to me like you would have to line the entire plumbing system otherwise the solids would get stuck at the lip of the liner when it stops
We send a robot grinder in with a camera and open up any other pipes joining the pipe being lined.. its basically a super expensive worm robot that has a big dremel style grinder to open the hole up where ever it is
Wow this is a incredible process ! There doing it outside my house today on our main sewer line . My question is how does it allow openings for everyone’s house main sanitary line that flows into the main line that there’s doing this process ?
I have seen them use a cutting tool that goes down the pipe and reopens the tees and wyes, they can also start and stop the liner at tee fittings so they don't have to recut the openings.
I own a septic and sewer company and would like to know more about this process. can you contact me through here? How do I get started with this process?
