This game actually affected me on a much a larger scale than some people would think, at the time I was a rude disrespectful angry person, but after beating this game it taught me to be accepting of annoyances and to not let things get under my skin so much, thanks Bennett

Getting Over It is a rage game all for the reason that you can only be mad at yourself. The game is not pulling any BS on you, no other player is stopping you from progressing, a difficult challenge is ahead of you that while seeming impossible, it's just difficult and down to you persevering and overcoming the challenge of the difficult mountain, learning ways to climb this seemingly impossible and illogical challenge.

god damn this is probably one of the most rewarding endings to a game ever. After all that hell you made it to the top. Getting over it is just a game that you hate so much after it it is just great. I both love and hate this game.

Hearing this for the first time made me emotional, i spent a whole week trying to beat this game, all i knew about it is that you have to drag youself with a hammer on the top of a mountain, and that's exactly what i did in just one week, all these times i fell... man i'd do everything to be able to beat this game for the first time again
