Me and my brother just get on the jackie robinson parkway in queens to go home and we end up running into some insane 18 wheeler truck driver. one of his head lights are out which is kind of buggin us out that an 18 wheeler would be on a parkway..CHASING US for no reason. this happend at 1 in the morning. PLEASE WATCH!

AFAIK, the "second cat" is a resonator that's meant to tune the sound. The 1st cat is the one to remove to make it sound better.
