Hello, I am Arnold. I have been in the construction industry all of my life in the Birmingham Alabama area. I am a licensed homebuilder for 32 years. I have built hundreds of homes, and have done a great deal of residential remodeling. I also keep a lot of projects going on around my house and various jobsites. Abandoned House Makeover
In this video we will be tearing down and remodeling this old house that had been abandoned and had squatters living in it. We added all new systems wiring, HVAC, plumbing, and replace about half of the existing framing. Its a total gut that ends up looking great.
