@@robertonr07 There are already 7 episodes if you're interested! Took a break for now since I dont have a lot of time but there more to come! Good luck with your challenge! Its gonna be hard to keep the players in the Gib league so try not to invest too much money in 'one good player because you wont be able to sell them on for a profit. I only was able to sell players for a profit when I reached 2050.. :)

@@LuciferNickKar No worries! You have got Nationality and Eligibility. Those are 2 different things. Nationality means that they are citizens of the country which means they might help you with some quotas for the league you have to fill. Eligibility is the thing that makes players be able to play for your national team! If you go to the player profile and i believe first tab -> happiness you will also see something called eligibility! Here you find how long they still have to play in the country before they can play in the national team. For exmaple in Gibraltar it takes 2 years to become Gibraltarian national and 5 years of playing in the nation to be eligible for the national team :)

You're more than welcome to join the ride! I think the problem you're having is that the reputation of the league is really low. You'll need at least 10 years to reach your first european competition and then the climb is getting easier. Once you can get loans, get them all in! They will help you a ton!

Love the support, thank you! Other teams arent even getting to the group stages, the next goal would be to reach another CL spot so we'd have 2 teams profiting from the CL money. Also we'd have 5 teams playing in Europe, making the league a lot better. Nice suggestions on what to do! I am going to look to spend some ''free'' transfer budget on some bad players from my teams in the league so they get more money to work with. But first I need to make sure that my finance are stable, otherwise I am going to struggle in Europe. Next week, new episode with some more progress!!!

@@UnskillFM bought it from Steam. In game all the names are fines but not when I bring it to Excel.

@@Rasmus98 and what happens when you open the file you download in your internet Explorer? Are the names already weird in there?

@@UnskillFM yeah. It’s like every player that has a name with like é or ö it doesn’t work.

@@Rasmus98 i think it has to do with the fact that you can only use the views from the discord in the "scouted players" tab in your scouting hub. Can you ask in the discord with @everyone maybe someone can help you, i am current not able to log into fm due to vacation :)

You're right! Since the release of this video I have updated the Excel file a lot. It now also includes the ages of the players, their contract and personalities. I have also added a certain rating the players can grow from their age. So let's say a player is 18 years old, from 18-21 I expect him to grow for another 3 points. Meaning a 12 at age 18, could be a 15 at age 21. That way you can much more easely calculated if a player actually makes it. Besides that I have noticed that personalities have a big role in the game and I use the in-game potential ability a lot to determine. Ofcourse you're gonna miss out on some wonderkids this way, but at least you wont miss the absolute top ones!

Like I show in the video it really doesnt matter in which league you loan out the player. Since the Vanarama National player improves the most! The most important thing to take into consideration when loaning out players is the playing time they are getting and the training facilities at that club! So for example you can loan him out to 3. Liga of 2. Bundesliga. Then just check which has the better training facilities and which can offer better playing time. Only when you're in the late game you need to keep in mind the level op the competition. For example when you have a elite player who wants to be loaned out. If you would still want him to develop, make sure he plays on the highest level possible. I would recommend if a player is ''elite'' then loan him out to clubs in the Champions League. (Or CL caliber clubs in the Europa League etc)

No coaching staff was random. This test was only for the lebel of the league. However i did simulate this experiment 15 times and this example was the most general one I found. Also did not factor in the match ratings since they are very hard to edit. However, if you look through the video you find that match rating doesnt matter as much as the training facilities and the level of the league only matters after a player reached a certain level.

You can do it yourself manually when you see someone had a good game or did well in training

I understand where everyone is coming from with the Moneyball. And i suppose it is just a matter of preference how to name it. Althought I understand the community in fm is pretty hardcore when it comes to 'moneyball'. Anyway, thanks for the reply! I made the Excel sheet adjustable to everyone can put their own perspective into the data sheet. I agree that maybe physicals should be rated higher than technicals! Also whats the difference to put the blues to 50 and green to 100? I believe that they both matter a lot but i recon the physicals are the most important since gegenpress became so OP in FM.
