I put 1000+ hours into wkc1 and got the plat trophy then got wkc2 and only did the story so it’s possible to plat completely offline.

This tactic worked even with 2.6k armour, a little improvement for anyone watching. When you’re using the MEX5 stand further back, on the peak of the hill, this way you’ll attract about only 3 wasps on the final wave, as opposed to 3 at the second wave and 5-7 at the final one.

This tactic fucking sucks and is unrealiable as hell.

great! In case you miss this spot, there is another good spot right after you get the Tarantula Rocket Launcher, you will swing inside a building, 4-5 guys will come down the stairs. Throw a grenade....

great video. For anyone who missed this spot, there is another good chance in the Archives section. Dudes will drop down from the roof on both sides. Go to the left side, then shoot across to the right side with the bulldog. Very easy.

For the record it is possible to attain level 1 chromium gems by completing this level in under 50 minutes(if I remember correctly). However due to the game being strictly offline now the chromium gems can not actually be used for anything, as the other items required to use them are unattainable in the offline world. Therefore if you are running fast I recommend letting your time go over 50 minutes so you receive level 10 pearls instead of chromium gems. This way you do not waste your resources and time.

Just wanted to state for the record that about 2 weeks after Papidadi started playing this game there was patch 1.01 released. Then some time later patch 1.02 was released. The first patch came about 18 months after the game was initially released and came after the fact that Eurocom was unfortunately out of business. I did notice that the patch removed your character making a comment after a headshot kill :( and also that a grenade challenge was removed from the challenge list, but besides that I can not say with a 100% conviction what else was being patched. I speculate they were beefing up the aim assist for the noob aimers and if I remember correctly the Segs550 which was Papidadi's favourite shotgun had it's damaged slighty reduced. However I can not be sure of the aim assist as Papidadi always disables the in game aim assist and prefers to play on expert targeting mode. P.S. The frag challenge that was removed required you to kill an enemy with a direct hit from a frag. Not the frag explosion, but a direct hit from an undetonated grenade. Also worth noting is the fact that neither of the 2 patches fixed the issue with the DBG spawn kill glitch in multiplayer. This glitched was actively being used by people to boost their kill death ratio on the leaderboards. Clearly the patches were used to cater to a select group of people still playing the multiplayer. The person who patched the game and/or his friends/family...

For the record I used the exact same strategy in MW2 to complete the Mach 5 challenge. I did it the hard way however, using the UMP45 SMG which has a larger clip. Unfortunately I may have lost the video file showing the challenge completion during a shuffle.
