Yes that is a stage 1 customer supplied, so maybe if trans is included about 7k is what he means 🤷🏾‍♂️

@@ilybndo Stage one isn’t going to hold up even there $9,600 stage 3 is only good to 1,500hp we are talking 1,750hp. The $7,000 is what it cost to have ford put in a new 10r80. Got a quote from 3 for garages and they were all right at $7,000 it was $400-$600 to put it in but adds to the warranty if they do it. Ether way i got rid of the truck and went back to a 6r80 until they figure out the 10r80 and the CDF drum issue and it’s proven to be fixed.

@@ilybndo I just received my RSA stage 3 trans back from them and the cost can be deceiving. First that is assuming your trans is in mint condition and no shipping calculated. I had no issues with my transmission it shifted great however RSA said that an additional $850 was needed to get the job done because other parts had shown significant wear. Without the TC which is $2200 I was close to $7000 build with ride to and from FL-UT.

I like that you mentioned that , yes the cam spec on the coyote motor for a truck is different than for a mustang .That also is due to as you mentioned it’s a truck. However, opening the motor and adding cams and ported heads will make it a dogggg. But, the cam profile on a truck is also beneficial because when you turbo a cam sometimes can have a reverse effect if there isn’t enough boost

No need for cams on these when boosted the VCT is very good at making these cams work under boost

@@TRAFFICONS Ya if you just put a supercharger 750 is pretty safe. Add Fuel system, exhaust, Cold air intake, oil/crank gears 1000whp is pretty simple. These coyote motors are freaking nasty...

Yh the whipple 5.0 build is a 750 go to build. simple easy and fast. But everyone know turbos are if you wanna go fast

@@TRAFFICONS I would have to disagree about having to be turbo to be fast. I run a VMP supercharger 973rwhp/825tq @ 6000' 20lbs boost. 25 being max safely as far as the supercharger goes. My motor says NOPE to 25. ! (😂) capable of 1200/1275. Supercharger are better up to about 1400/1500 after that turbos are probably better. Excluding a Procharger crank driven. It's probably the best power adder there is in my opinion. NPK changes the rules and makes anyone running a crack driven procharger add weight because it is so dominating. And a Screw blowers are no joke either.

@@TRAFFICONS I’m not 100% about the 2021+ but the 2020 and down The single cab short bed does not have a AWD option. Just 4hi, 4lo so you can get any transfer case with 4Auto and have AWD. If you get the raptor transfer case then you get a few more upgrades. But any transfer case from a lariat or better will get you AWD.

I’m not 100 percent either but ik if you can get a 10 speed there’s a high chance you can get AWD with it

It genuinely depends because technically when you downshift it has a slight over rev, under revving isn’t is almost the same because the car revs up because it needs more rpm to maintain speed. But if it revs too too high ex downshift to like 5-6k consistently over and over will eventually cause issues

There are many things to thing tbh , because I don’t know your full build , additionally the power your making , is it a roll race car or drag truck and built trans or built motor

You’re probably gonna need a converter, but you should talk to whoever’s building the truck because if you don’t know you’re not building it yourself

Hear me out don’t say that about gen z, I don’t condone reckless driving tho. But I definitely agree manual help prevent accidents in my opinion you’re not on your phone and you actually need to know how to drive not just hit the gas and steer.

The coyote platform is very reliable. Oil pump gears , proper tuning and fueling , the issue would be transmission slip at most but after a certain point you’d need to build it because no one stay at one hp. So really a long time in my opinion

If you run e85 a good tune and never use a 2step. Truck will go a long time. I have 20,000 miles on mine, 950whp 100% stock engine ( no pump gears ) stock transmission.

If you want it reliable, like not even a little chance, they have to build the motor build the trans build the rear end. Build the transfer case build the front end. But to be like reasonable, just opg, cranks support, upgrade the transmission with some better steals and clutches, couple shafts then you’re good to go.

Nope again, on all accounts. GM engineers have more or less exceeded each European company with a car unique to its category with a ACTUAL racing chassis for the road. You cannot buy Porsche or Ferraris GT3 racing chassis and make it road legal.

The 2005 Veyron ran 10.1 in the 1/4 mile. This ZR1 will deliver much better times, it should be close to the Veyron SS which ran high 9's.

Yes that it true. However the air intake enhances the sound, watch a video between stock and leg maker it’s a big difference and it still does the same to any car. Improves throttle , add power , and sound.

The Chevy ss is a sleeper not many people know about it. You definitely have a gem in your pocket , and it’s such a very good daily especially with a big 80mm turbo.

10/10 truck that blue is noicee w/ the color match , with lowering springs and a drag pack.

There are plenty of builds with this set up , big single turbo stock internals 850hp. There are 2 Audis in the title 900hp x2 is 1800hp.Thank you for watching.

And going down the drag strip 5 or 6 times without blowing up is different from "holding" 900 horsepower

Yes it definitely is above $10k budget in modifications , and I did forget to add the stage 3 clutch from monster clutches (since I mentioned the tr6060) which will bring it up to $15k. The whole purpose is to build the car to 1000hp for under 10k. Which you can roughly do and most of the items are there. Overall the build with and w/o the car will still be less than a TRACKHAWK. I hope you enjoyed and learned the true purpose of the video to broaden the horizons of new car enthusiasts and showing there are other car options, that are equally as fast, and if not faster. I will definitely take this into consideration for upcoming video though this was a very good point.
