in your example, does it have some point under the "y=0" line, even though they're all noises? Is it okay?
In the step 5 you have not shown how to generate without background data plot
Hello! You can find it in the previous video on background subtraction ua-cam.com/video/Ssi_poxr2Lc/v-deo.html
In step 5 you have shown original data plot and plot without background , but you have not shown how you generated the without background plot in the above video
Thank you very much! It is very helpful!
Слышно русский акцент, спасибо, все понятно)))
Nice explanation!
how we know about peak means...i.s. peak 1031 what is that meaning which compound could in thatta range how we know... anyone help or give suggestions
Hello! The peak meaning (origin) is understood using the databases. If you don't have the database included with your setup, you can use rruff.info for many inorganic materials, and this one is for organics sdbs.db.aist.go.jp/sdbs/cgi-bin/direct_frame_top.cgi. You can also - having some preliminary knowledge about your sample - check the papers.
@@tersteam8417 thanks for the links! I'm trying to detect microplastics in teabags using Raman and currently, I know only two polymers which have raman Spectroscopic data. In case of a previously unreported polymer, ( or an unidentified plastic which is highly unlikely) what do we do
awesome. can you write here the proportion & items used to make it?
Hi! Thank you for your interest in our work. In this link pubs.rsc.org/en/content/articlelanding/2020/MH/C9MH01950B you can find one of our publications, in the supplementary information you can find what you need :)
Thank you !!
please can you explain how to normalize and average about 50 raman peaks?
I'm not sure I understand your question. You can average 50 spectra, but only normalize each spectrum with respect to the intensity of one peak only, not 50 peaks
