stumbled on this video and its so good and really detailed! I grew up in the UK and am applying to unis here. Just wanted to comment and say to anyone who is struggling with the personal statement the biggest thing we get told is to not talk about our grades and just write about why we want to study the subject etc - the people looking at your application will be able to see your grades as theyre in another part of your application. And if it is any comfort pretty much all A Level students hate the personal statement and spend forever writing it, there are so many really helpful youtube videos that we all use to help us. Love this video
