Filmed about a year and a half ago, at Le Baluchon Eco Resort. I think this one is much better than what it replaced, and it looks way nicer.

They don't call it the paper shredder for no reason! This one is located in a newly built (opened Dec 2021) Aloft hotel in Providence Rhode Island This is probably my favorite Water sense residential toilet

This toilet has to be my favorite commercial toilet, along with the new ultras. It's my first time seeing these in person. I just had to go on a trip to the USA and go to Scarborough South State Beach, something like that. It was very sandy and wet inside, but very clean. Sadly, out of the 8 stalls, there were only 2-3 stalls left with this Kingston, the others were replaced with the 2010s King...

I know some of you will know more about this toilet than me. How much water does it flush each time? At the second building of my Cégep, thus probably the coolest toilet, but I don't go there often.

Another Kohler toilet that flushes like a monkey

There is also something wrong with this ~2010s Santa Rosa, but it siphons way better than my Highline, it's so weird At Fairmont Palliser Calgary

At my new School, Cégep de Trois-Rivières There are massive amounts of toilets there, some new some old, some tank toilets and some commercial toilets.

obviously, it's a public school, so there's vandalism and a cheap plastic sink, but this is the best old toilet I have found yet. You might notice it's leaking, but they have now fixed it At le Cégep de Trois-Rivières

Yes, mom asked to empty a small bath tub with dirty water in toilet. Thinking it was only water, I wanted the toilet to siphon like a bucket flush, and just before siphoning, there was a brush that I didn't know was there fall in the toilet. It siphoned but the brush was stuck at the top of the trapway. the toilet you still flush and siphon but it was not doing good. I cleaned all of the toilet...

Room # of this awful toilet?
I bet it's most of the hotel, mine was 1119
Where's the seat?
Exactly it would not fit my butt
Italy and France don't always have seats on their toilets
American Standard Alto 😂😂😂
That was sound like Afwall 0:23 🎉
That Powers flushometer is rare! Very rare!
I found a Sterling version of one of these, but it was just the bowl and it was in a biscuit colour.
These were hugely popular throughout the 1970s in southern and eastern Ontario Canada installed many of them in thousands of homes before the building code banned forward trap closets in 1980
They were kept extremly well
wow this is a really good one keep up the videos!
Nice!!
Nice! My local Cineplex Odeon has these!!
Nice Madera, hoping to find some in my area!
Nice Santon. That's a 1961-1967 judging by the crane Canada logo
Nice Radcliffe!!
That's a 1996-2000 judging by the 13.25 above the logo
EPIC!
L
What room #?
What room # is this?
What room # was it?
Ew! It’s a Kohler Kingston Tank Toilet!
That's a Kingston
Kohler used both logos with & without water consumption info in 1994, plus they also used both the commercial & Split O logos from 1988-1991. Therefore, this is proof that this toilet could be from 1988-1994. Makes sense?
It is well designed, but those viceroys in your old school could have fitted her better
Absolutely epic toilet!
Cool
thats a cadet pro
🤮 proflo mcgarbage
i had one of these except its on a really powerful flush
I much preferred the Sanetos at your school
For some reason I like the Canadian version better than the US version.
2006-2007 I think, because there’s no “or less” text after the gallon consumption tag.
correct this is a crane nueday!
Misbrand Alert
Looks like the toilet seat you'd see in a Porta Potty.
Yeah!
It is an odd choice
Good but the previous pear shaped toilet seat was much more original!
Yes definitely
@@tigrozaplumbing4731 this new one looks less sturdy and less comfortable too, so really underperforming compared to its predecessor
This new one seems an elongated Centoco (but it is quite modern)
@@aiaceoileo5342 maybe, you're probably right. I just don't know toilets seats at all
@@tigrozaplumbing4731I appreciate vintage ones only since they have that smooth contour resembling a pear that is much more anatomical than modern ones.if you tried the ones at your ex school, you surely felt the difference. Unfortunately i had no occasion to try one, but the here design makes the difference: modern ones feel unnatural to me. In this specific case tecnological progress doesn't always mean improvement
👍😁, this is called neu saneto, because of flushometer part is not curved
Thanks for the info, I changed the title. I don't really know crane toilets name since some of them are hard to find the difference
Outstanding job👍😁, this is whirlton only canadian brand
Well cleaned, but the crane at your school are a lot more fascinating in my opinion. They seem more confortable too judging from their unique pear shaped seat- maybe it is only an optical impression though
Yes they're are quite special. Sadly, I am now past highschool, in college. There are some good finds, but they're mostly very old and tank toilets which are not that good, but there is one beast like high school, I should film it very soon.
@@tigrozaplumbing4731 i am hoping for the next video!those are the plumbing rarities, a dive into the past. I just wonder if only they are as confortable to use as nice they seem: if yes, then why should they had been replaced? It makes no sense to me
@@aiaceoileo5342 yeah it's sad the seats weren't the same on every toilet. They might not have been able to replace them with the same model when they broke if the company making them just disappeared. I searched for the seats but I could not find anything like those seats, not even a description or an image
@@tigrozaplumbing4731 Viceroy is almost impossible to find . They were quite different in shape, too, because of the extended lip and the open back and most of all the were wooden inside coated with rubber: i suppose they were replaced because too rigid perhaps, comparing to a modern plastic one. If you have ever used those, how do they compare to a modern one?maybe their hardness has made them unacceptable to a modern user
@@tigrozaplumbing4731 viceroy still exists a brand i see, but the shape of their seats is now the same as others and they seem totally plastic (and horrible). Perhaps the company has a vintage catalogue with vintage models. The material change could be justified because of the hardness in my opinion: even if the look was infinetly better, looking and sitting are such different things and this could be the reason of the replacement (correct me if you think i am wrong)
Great!it is called Viceroy as i guessed. It seems rocky hard from the knocking sound!
Yes it is indeed
@@tigrozaplumbing4731 this is an advantage for its durability but in another terms i think it lacks, too hard to be comfortable
In this video you filmed the brand! But unfortunately it is not very clear. It seems it is a wooden seat at least inside since that description, almost gone nowadays. The back opening is particular but maybe could be annoying couldn't it?
Awesome and this one cross out the word Neu because of the trapway😁😅
Sry, I'll get the names right one day
@@tigrozaplumbing4731 try to find out the seat brand too!
@@aiaceoileo5342 the previous video of that toilet, I showed the sticker, but the most part of it is scraped off. I could try to take a photo in two weeks when I go back to school
@@tigrozaplumbing4731 thanks!you could film a new video focusing on that! Especially this saneto seat is so rare it could deserve a video only on it with a frontal view too. Is it very wide in the central opening? It seems quite thick too, comparing to modern ones
@@tigrozaplumbing4731 there is a strange aspect because the sticker is scraped but the upper surface is perfect, it seems new, but actually you sit on that not on the lower one, that should have been preserved better. From the upper surface it seems never used even if it is so old!
Kohler Highcliff Ultra and completely redesigned very well. I have seen these in town at 2 buildings. One a few blocks from my house and a Church where my Pre-School that I went in 1982-1983.
i believe that is Candiran Crane Radcliffle
Awesome!
The other one i remember has a rare open back black seat is it the same restroom?
Yes its the same one
@@tigrozaplumbing4731 that one has a unique design! If you had to use one of them which one would u choose? For me the open back remains the hygene topper
Awesome👍😁, and I would prefer this is crane neu saneto because of the flushometer part is not curved
That flush doesn't seem too powerful though
Awesome again👍😁
I hope those vintage seats won't be replaced!
Awesome and Outstanding saneto👍😁
I wish those were still in production much better than modern ones!
Update as of September 2020: There's a new flushometer written Delany products, and toilet is working as powerful as before
Let s hope it won t be replaced
