Yes. At this point it still had the 2.5 engine, 1.5way LSD 50/15% lock, e46 m3 shocks and springs

​@@BrasoBiadonskyThanks! I bought it from RacingDiffs a few years ago. They are still available for around 3k €.. You can also get them from ebay for around 2k. There are at least two guys from Portugal and Germany who modify e36 lsd heads to fit into e46 188k diffs.

Diff is a 1.5way limited slip diff with a stock 3.23:1 ratio. It depends on what surface you're on. Sometimes I can spin the wheels in 3rd gear, sometimes I cant spin them in 1st

@@Snakeplayerp The differential was custom built by RacingDiffs about 2 years ago. But I'm not sure if they're still making them. You can also buy one from ebay user 'carbsandparts'

@@rokomah oh hello, I’m back with a question! 😂 What wheel size do you use? On summer I’m on 18 with larger wheels on the rear(255) (and shitty front tyres, that’s surely part of the issue) and it feels a bit understeery, and not « sendable » at all 😂 Not with winter wheels on 16 all the same size, it feels way more balanced, but way less stable. I’m thinking putting 17, probably NOT larger at the rear to keep a bit of oversteery handling, and probably more stable than 16, but not too sticked to the ground like 18. So that’s why I’m curious about your wheel size 😂

@@Snakeplayerp yes I agree. Yep I left the original 3,23:1 diff ratio. I was thinking of using the m3 diff ratio (3,67:1) but that would make the second gear useless. I think it's fine unless you do a lot of highway driving. In that case I would try to find the 6speed gearbox from later model years. I wouldn't switch to a taller diff ratio because it would make the car sluggish.
