Expeditions in Education has impacted over 3.8 million students globally by merging outdoor learning with STEM, engaging young minds in real-world problem-solving within National Parks. Our flagship program, STEAM in the PARK, immerses students and educators in nature, fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and environmental stewardship through hands-on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics activities. We prioritize inclusivity, encouraging diversity and accessibility, and empower educators with professional learning communities that bridge classroom learning with the outdoors. Supported by the National Park Foundation, our Crossing America Initiative and National Parks Expedition Challenge deepen students’ connections to ecological and civic issues.
