No, you do not need a yellow fever vaccination for coming to Rwanda -- But you need one to enter Kenya, if you've travelled across this region!
Thank you for your comment. As a Kenyan travelling to Rwanda, it's important to carry the necessary travel documents if you can since you will need to return to Kenya in order to avoid inconveniences and delays at the immigration point upon arrival.
