the Hitchhiker character gets 3 traps to place wherever, they are similar to bear traps but are mad of bone. The player he walks over them get trapped for a few seconds and take damage. if you get to them in time you are granted an instantkill.

I was so sad hearing the interview with one of the guys who worked on this. He said the only reason we got no more sequels is because upon release, they had a lot of reviews saying it just felt like an expansion to Jedi Outcast. It's one of my all-time favorite Star Wars games, the devs did a fantastic job and I wish we had more.
Mb2 is better
El combate en si mismo es malo. El jugador no hace ningun movimiento interesante como los que pueden hacerse intercalando los golpes, saltando o utilizando la direccion mientras ataca, incluso sin skills. Solo se ve genial porque la jugabilidad del el juego es excelente.

I love this level for how cool it is. And I hate this level, because I get anxious at the idea of running over the roof of a speeding train that's high up in the air.

Every single fight I had in this game was awesome, sometimes I would save and do some sets of random cult saber battles over and over 😂 I got so good at the game that way

Am I playing a different game? I just bought it 3 days ago as I've heard terrific things about it, especially about the dueling system, and I love dueling in particular. I finished this mission today (as I assume this is Corellia) but I have never had the cinematic moment of the lightsabers clashing, and I can't really control the blade where me and the opponent clash sabers. The battle looks more like jumping around with me randomly hitting him to win I'm playing on PC on the normal difficulty setting as it's my first time booting the game Am I doing something wrong?
Well yup definetely, clashing sabers is very common... its the moment in which you and the oponent hit in the same moment.
My friend thought it was just flailing lightsabers until I sent him a video on the combat breakdown
Damn I spent so many hours in this and jedi outcast. The console commands add so many hours to them, and then when I found out about the incredible modding community... Mapping the force powers into numpad and using the arrows was my jam
This game and Episode 3 had the best lightsaber mechanics.
No force jumps?
They have some jump attacks and a force leap by using speed and jumping. I don't think you have that at this early point of the game.
Outcast and Academy are surprisingly still quite fun after all these years. I'm currently replaying through both on my Switch!
And the switch has multiplayer!
This combat system in today’s Star Wars games would be incredible! I think I played this game like 20 times through when I was in high school 😂 such a great game!

Some levels get confusing with little direction but it is great.

A trick for this game is if you are blocking and they hit your block right as they hit hit back and it’s unblock able

@g4mersgathering43 oh I think the game is great, but not as epic as most people say it is. As for my favorite, it probably has to be a tie between battlefront 2 classic and the force unleashed
@@dannyd4339 did you play those first? Because people these days are probably saying it's Jedi Survivor.
@g4mersgathering43 jedi survivor is a glitchy mess and just a souls like ripoff. It certainly has it's appeal but it is not as cinematic or fun as unleashed is for example. I have played many star wars games before and after. Those are just the ones that I had the most fun on. Especially online with battlefront 2 classic and 2018(even though that one gets a lot of crap too)
@@dannyd4339 it's pretty hard to compete with battle front. I enjoyed the newer one but they were basically giving it away at that point. I even liked the 4v4 showdowns.

No matter how many times I play this game I will never know how you’re actually suppose to control your saber
I only know how to use the staff. It has a crouch attack, a backflip attack, some side flip attacks, and a forward flip attack...also a forward roll attack....you can also kick in all 4 directions and do a 360 roundhouse.

Still the best star wars game ever
Definitely, it has great combat and you can be a jedi with Choke! There's a few other games o think are pretty good like the rouge squadron games looked great on the GameCube and podracer was not the best looking but still a pretty fun racer.
Most people leave out the fact they have multiple mods installed, this certainly isn't the base game. While the combat in the base game can be very fun, its mostly just slow boring back and forth fights with the red form. You can't even block the red form so it makes the fights so slow and anticlimactic until someone eventually lands 1 good hit
This is the xbox version, I wish it had mods. I hear the VR one is really good.

Yeah, I was trying to learn the swings it looks way cooler when you learn to clash with the enemy back and forth rather then just going to for the kill every time.
All this game needs is photo mode to be perfect
