#2 Back And Sides Haircut | Ratty The Barber
In this video, I will be showing you how I do #2 back and sides haircut. My client wanted to keep the top mid length, so I blended in the #2 with the scissor over comb technique and added light texturizing to the hair.
Have questions? Leave them in the comments or message me on IG (@rattythebarber) and I will get back to you.

      Yes absolutely. Recently I’ve tried the new versions which seem to be a big improvement to when they first came out. If you’re really into them, be sure to play around with the different types of blades. That’s where the heat problem starts.

    How do you know when it’s time to change the blade?

    • @RattyTheBarber
      @RattyTheBarber 8 місяців тому

      The blade will start cutting less efficient, you will notice a lot of frizz. Then it will start snagging and feel like the clipper’s loosing power. Also it will vibrate a lot faster than it use to, often times it’s louder. Hope that helps

    • @kwameg.114

    I only came across 1 barber that understands “natural hairline”. Most barbers push it back so they can get the sharpest line up.

    • @RattyTheBarber
      @RattyTheBarber Рік тому

      The reason so much barber does the push back is simply because they are competing against other barbers. It has nothing to do with the client. In reality if a lineup is done properly, it will look sharp without being pushed back or use of enhancement’s.
