I just want to add that flipping on the news was a way I used to base my reality. I couldn't take it either way, but I was looking for a reason to be either positive or negative. I looked externally to guide the internal. Now I take that external hell (you can always find it) and tell myself that until I am in what they say is going on, why not just be?

I had a dream about you and marrick. And my dreams are often very symbolic. I've also to my memory never had a dream that didn't involve me specifically. So I do believe spirit has chosen to use me as a vessel to deliver you this message. I dreamt that you merrick and cosmic adonis were doing another collaboration. But not only was this collaboration the two of your were sitting next to one another inside of a church of all places. And the message I feel that spirit is trying to deliver to you is that. Spirit is about to give the two of you some very deep messages to share with the collective. And this is spirit sending me to give you two the confirmation of those messages coming to you whenever they arrive. I am guessing maybe in the next collaboration with cosmic adonis but it could be any time and any place. Ahhh paranoia. When ego exposed, afraid...it gets paranoid. I'm in a long term relationship 30years which I learned they are a narcissist who gaslights and manipulates and ignores me in attempts to create a reaction from me, etc. I only learned this about 2 years ago and have been figuring a way out since then...so I believe I am feeling "paranoia" but I believe my so called paranoia is bc there are things they have done which have been kept secret from me....and I feel it or sense it or being told it but I do not have the actual knowledge of it....yet. I don't know a way out.

the more I heal and work on my ego and pain body, and stop trying to fit myself in a box to make everything feel comfortable, the more uncomfortable it gets! Especially with family. About a year ago, I told a family member “I will never be the person I used to be, what’s important to me is staying in alignment with my integrity.” And we used to be very close but now it feels like familiar strangers. I used to care so much about people approving of me and loving me. And the more I start to improve my mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health, and not give a F, the better my life gets! but the people in my life start to become more like acquaintances or disappear completely.
