Lena is actually lucky, i know she was betrayed and lied to, but she's lucky. Kara said it best "I made 1 mistake, just 1, that was only ever intended to protect you and in return all you did was hurt me in every way imaginable ". Lena's vengeance was evil. Her intentions were to actually cause Kara pain, Kara never intentionally wanted to hurt Lena. So yes, Lena is very lucky. Lucky that Kara always chooses to see why people do what they do instead of focusing on the action itself. To Lena's credit, in season 6 she becomes Kara's other half. She completely changes her lifestyle to dedicate herself to being the new Alex Danvers. Alex gave up everything to be Kara's human protector. Lena basically showed how much she cared by becoming that for Kara, allowing Alex to finally have a life and family

It still blows my mind that they didn't become canon by the end of the show. This video just proves how much they belonged together.

She’s drowning in her love, dedication, and blindness. She refuses to see Lena in a bad light so she doesn’t realize Lena is plotting against her; she’s only too happy that Lena is willing to be her friend even after the identity reveal. This song describes their relationship so well; they’re constantly drowning in each other and it’s all they can do to keep their heads above the water.

Whenever I see supercorp videos my heart aches...It makes me cry

This is so beautifully made. The beginning with the parallel about how Lena didn't come to National City to make friends was *chef kiss* magnificent. It set up the video perfectly. Kara revealing to Lena that she's Supergirl just as the lyrics "This is what you wanted. Right?" appear ? Damn! Lena was about to expose Kara but chose not to. The conflicted feelings on her face.. ugh! The lyrics go "nothing is never enough" just as Lena says "I'm not a villain". Beautiful. No matter what Lena does, no matter how good she is, she is always the first to be questioned. The lyrics "Don't get me wrong, I'm strong enough to hold my own" while Lena is ranting to Jack about why she has to move to National City. "You're feeling tired" while Lena is drunk and talking to Kara. Because she is tired. Tired of being seen as a bad guy, perhaps tired of hiding her feelings since she says "That's one of the things I love about you" Then this one. Oh, this one. The lyrics go "the pushing pull holding you down, you're feeling tired" while Lena says, "I killed my brother for you, for our friends. Don't you understand what you've done?" Just, ah. Right in the feels. Especially since the music is soft and she's practically screaming with raw emotions. And of course, the "Keeping my head above water" was all Supercorp scenes because being with each other is like taking a breath of fresh air. Sorry if that was long, haha. I really love all the choices made and the scenes. Music and talking scenes were just the right volume, it flowed nicely. Now I'm crying at the club (metaphorically ofc)

God everytime I watch Supercorp edits now I feel like crying. The angst is killing me (and I'm a sucker for angst but this is too much lol). I just want them to make up so bad. *sighs* Anyway, back to the video...this is too beautiful for words yet heartbreaking. The parts that kill me are @ 0:24-0:33 and 1:27-1:43...goodness that hit me so hard. Can you hear the sound of my heart shattering? On a not-so-angsty side, I LOVE the parts @ 0:52-0:56, 1:06-1:17...ugh the feels!! <3 Lastly...the fact that you started this edit w/ their scene from 2x05 and ended it w/ their scene from 5x13...oh the freaking parallels!
