Tethys used to be a decent Legendary Hero but has not aged well. Only useful vs Red Titans with a full Ice Heroes Lineup. Norman is still relevant vs Meta Heroes. However, he would need some additional help to make him shine.

Norman an awful hero? LMAO! He's a good addition to most teams.

P.S. At the time I got to hit my attacks, have already won, so I was able to pick some weaker targets to maximize my score ;)
