My fav horror movie was always Saw, but I don’t think I could ever watch it now a days

The con scene is pretty small here in TN, but Akai feels like a smaller version of my personal favorite con in WA (WA State Summer Con) it always feels like a breath of fresh air. It is fairly open, and a great rally point for our friend group!

From the Bowser at Lip Sync, even we were saying thay we were getting tired and space behind the stage was limited. Its why the drag show had us hide out in the back (unless we were watching the others). Its just how it was laid out and i wish we didnt have to deal with all that sunlight too in the room

I was at Katsucon this year and I wish had seen y'all's Shadow of the Colossus cosplays, you looked amazing!!! Watching con vlogs right now to get through the in between period 😭 I loved your perspective and the way you talked after the fact. Alot of vlogs just play music and don't add many, if any, footnotes or thoughts after the con. Definitely sticking around to see what's next. Hopefully I'll bump into you guys in the future!!! :3

That was great! I’d love to hear your concerns about the cosplay community. One thing that I’m always concerned about in media that I feel like can also be an issue in cosplay is how a lot of female characters are sexualized because, while it can be very fun, empowering, and enjoyable to view or dress up as these characters, I feel like there’s a lack of balance in a lot of media. I find this topic especially difficult to navigate when it comes to the sexualization of underaged characters. While, I love a lot of characters who are very sexy ;) I do feel like on a grand scale it can warp people’s perceptions and cause damage. However, sexuality is fun to play with and can be empowering for a lot of people. So what kind of lines need to be drawn and where? I’d love to hear some of your thoughts on or related to this subject as a cosplayer who I know does some /sexier/ characters from time to time. TLDR: too many boobs? Yay or nay? Love you!
