can i ask why the railway using 2 axle coaches in 2005 along with outdated rolling stock instead of more modern goods wagons and coaches. i get the railway is a heritage line but it would make a little more sense if they were using more modern rolling stock *ie BR Mk1 coaches and 1980s freight wagons, but overall i think this episode is great
Oh don’t you worry, the Larrence & Green Branston Railway has rolling stock from the early 1900 all the way to 2000 (it will be explained I promise). We only saw a glimpse into some of the stock the railway owns 😉 Glad you enjoy the episode though and thank you for your kind words!

Superb story! I loved the pair up of Fergus and Duck
Despite Diesel's permanence on the railway, he still remains devious and troublemaking to steam engines including Duck as in the show and I bet other stories around that has it and not diesels being scrapped or redeeming so same attitude he had previously. No offense but just stating something.

One big mistake when you showed the inside of deck, you forgot to have water above the crown sheet, if the crown sheet is exposed and more water is added, that could cause a boiler explosion because the crown she would’ve melted away and all the water that touches the fire would’ve instantly evaporated

What an awesome start to the mini series. I love how Duck made up with Diesel and is the one that got Diesel his trial that's really powerful
This is actually the third instalment of the mini series if you want to see the others there in my description. Also thank you so much for your kind words on the story I really wanted to explain diesels permanence on the railway. I promise more diesel stories in the future with this newer diesel!
