Unreal Engine 5 Flooded Medieval Town | Modular Environment with Maya, ZBrush, Substance, Quixel
This is my final 3D environment made with Unreal Engine 5 during my study at @ThinkTankTrainingCentre This is 3D environment took roughly 14 weeks, and is made with Autodesk Maya, ZBrush, Substance Designer, Substance Painter, SpeedTree, Quixel, Ultra Dynamic Sky (Marketplace) and Unreal Engine 5.
The buildings are modular pieces with tiling textures, packed in Blue Prints (Prefabs) and then finalized with mesh- and projection decals.
The boat is my hero prop for the scene and is a high poly Nanite object. Sculpted in ZBrush and decimated a bit for better file handling. Texturing via layered material with an RGB mask and baked macro normal (baked with Substance Painter).
Smaller props are modeled in Maya as low poly props and baked and textured in Substance Painter.
