An absolutely inconvenient thing: 1. It's bulky and makes it uncomfortable to work on triceps and a good half of the exercises - it will get in the way. 2. No matter how high the quality, the construction itself will eventually start to shake and wobble, depending on its quality. 3. It's impractical; you can’t work out to failure with it, and you can’t drop it on the floor after a set. That's my opinion, and I completely agree with it! It’s better to buy regular dumbbells, preferably rubber-coated, weighing 30 kg, which you can reduce to 15-20 kg and gradually add more weight. And almost forgot: 4. The plates on those dumbbells are a whole set of equipment by themselves with tons of exercises possible... And I don't know about you, but I’d love to see my sons and grandsons using these dumbbells to build their muscles... yeah!

Adjustable dumbbells are so awesome, but tbh Bowflex is NOT my top pick, and I own them. They work great for me, but there are many better and more durable options out there, like Powerblocks (EXPs are ~$350 for 50lbs and can be expanded up to 90lbs), REP QuickDraw ($500 for 60lbs) and Snodes (can’t remember lol)
