A relaxing space to simply stop , pause, view, relax, renew and repeat !
All these videos were taken and created from my own 'capturing in the moment' when in and around 'mother nature' or even in the big city !
I am inspired to take these images and videos in any moment from noticing nature from a whole new level of awareness as a result from releasing with The Sedona Method emotional releasing, and later, heartofreleasing.org too. I am also very grateful to notice human nature from that whole new "level of awareness", usually!
There are a variety of courses around realising inherent wisdom and even for releasing trauma.
I began my personal journey with Jack Canfield Success & Self EsteemTrainings and from there I was introduced to emotional releasing.

As the sun was slowly, slowly setting and the waves were effortlessly rolling in from the ocean itself .... the ocean's salt water appeared to be "highlighted" from the evening sunlight, as the sun went to sleep ...... A natural meditation all round !

Beautiful beautiful sunset again, and fun too ! Some amazing colours and , I have left the video as it is, no editing. Keep viewing until the end .... A 'magical' morning at my sunrise stroll , along with seagulls and all ! I arrived to see that it was almost like a steam bath , or mist arising from the ocean waves . Really quite cold too .... A mystical and magical softening form the ocean . Enjoy.

Thanks JBB . I hadnt noticed the background noise coming through on this computer recording .... yet I know sometimes there has been some noise that arises in the environment.. as it does.... !! Glad you could have some of the 'nice and giving' for some of it too. Thanks again :-)

Thank you for the comment XSeanxMeowx. Enhancing emotional intelligence is one of the gains. Yes, this video is an inspirational "bridge" to invite anyone who wants to explore "experientially" not intellectually a deeper inner truth.....and unravel who and what they are through releasing past experinces.With an open heart and mind there may just be a discovery of a greater potential...that is up to each person to unravel, if they want to.
I guess our world is heading towards spirituality or the like, again. Becoming one with eachother and our selves.. This video is trying to explain that we are more than meets the eyes on a universal scale. We have more potential than we've been taught at birth.. Or so I'm led to believe with research.
