Actually, Mike, if the engine has been modified for better airflow, then the boost level as measured at the intake manifold will drop (but airflow through the motor is greater) - i.e. the motor "consumes" more of the air that is forced into the intake manifold by the turbo.

Air filter, and an extra injection system injecting toluol - 2 extra injectors. Otherwise the motor was stock standard 1400. (Uno Turbo) 2 bar was the max this TD04h13g could boost, I'm now using a Td04h15T, which is good for 2.5bar boost, but has quite a bit more lag.

Yeah there's not much lag with that turbo. That was a Mitsubishi TD04h13g - very responsive. The car is a Fiat Uno Turbo '97. - 1372cc. Made 133.7kw on the wheels at 1.4bar, never Dynoed it at 2.0bar
