Shipping weight is 19.5kg. I would say the box + he-man are 5-7kg of that so Battle cat and base probably about 12-14kg. I have no way to confirm. Most statues are hollow in larger parts like the torso but he's definitely resin.

I'd put money on Battlecat is PVC as it sounds different when I touch it. Like Doomsday from Sideshow which is PVC. But if resit is very hallow it can sound similar, so I don't know. I'll ask David Igo when I next talk to him on FB.

And the He-Man is complete Full Material. Do you the knocking test also on his body parts. Maybe the legs of Battlecat are full material also.

There is no way to know for sure how thick it hollow a statue is. Unless you ask Tweeterhead.

@@supermankelly in some videos there is paint abrasion on the underside of the standing paw´s. Instead of black, there are grey parts wehre the colour is chipped. Do you have anything like this? Could this be from the inserting in the base holes and from standing on the base?

Hi I got mine on Friday. Can I ask with the head is yours just sitting on top? Mine seems to have no magnetic attachment. I'm trying to work out if this is the way it's meant to be or if I've just received one without a magnet. Thanks Thomas.

@@MastersoftheuniversecollectorNot sure about his, but i'm guessing they are all the same with no magnet, because mine just sits atop in the groove as well.I use the classic head and the other one is packed away so i can't check that one

@able75dev60 awesome thanks for the reply. Much appreciated as I was going to send mine back, but it does look like that's just the way it is. It's a bit disappointing, though. Amazing statue, but to not have a magnet to keep the head in place is a big error for me.

@@Mastersoftheuniversecollector The pin is on the body unlike Mer-Man whose pin is on the head so they must have decided gravity was enough to keep it in place. Both my heads are fairly stable in place. It would need an upward force to knock it off. But agree, a magnet would help prevent knocking it up and off.

Trap Jaw and Skeletor due this year so hopefully they arrive so can rearrange a bit. Then I'll do another video for UA-cam. 👍🏼

That was a long time ago. Glory days where price was hardly discussed within the hobby. Prices across the board have doubled past 5 years. Even PCS wouldn't sell He-man and Battlecat today for $900.

The sizing is interesting. Mer-man 1/5 is taller but He-Man 1/6 is a lot higher in mass. Trap Jaw is next so once he arrives I'll do a comparison. I think we will be shocked at how small Mer-man is next to Trap Jaw and Skeletor also.

@@supermankelly I will look forward to the comparison. I also noticed in the pictures from conventions that Mer-Man almost looks like a hobbit compared to Trap Jaw and Skeletor. Especially Skeletor has a higher base but Tweeterhead certainly doesn't do anything unintentionally. They really do an excellent job.

@@schnuppernaschen216 Skeletor having the tallest base definitely makes sense. Would be odd if he was lower than his minions!

I get that, but he is supposed to have the classic toy look. The base is like the original Castle Greyskull. Maybe some more detail on the base wouldn't hurt.

Yeah I believe it's PVC. That much resin would way a lot and that would have made shipping a lot. It doesn't bother me because I don't think they look PVC themselves, that would be more the colour paint. You could never have that much resin leaning in 2 legs.

@@supermankelly I don´t think you are right. You see how thick the metal parts on the paws are? And Resin Staues generally are not complete full material. I think the Battlecat have an inner metall structure that gives them the enormous stability that is needed.

Thank you! It does require alot of depth. It will always be better in front but we work with what we got. Most collectors I doubt had the ideal spot for it and have displayed Banner separate or to the side. It's still a great Hulk.

Sizes can be found on Prime1s and Sideshow Collectibles website, but you can get away with even smaller shelf than the base. I have it on a Ikea Kallax now which is 39cm deep so it hangs over the front and wings over the back but still perfectly fine. Statue Size approximately 40 inches tall [(H)101.7cm (W)65.9cm (D)57.6cm]

Both are hard too compare since this is a Jack Kirby Darkseid and is accurate to that design. XMs is accurate to Rebirth. Always good to have options.

I understand that... Just don't like the look of him. Looks like he has a Ballon head. They should of used a similar design to the Darkseid vs Justice league diorama. Jack Kirby done right in my opinion)

It's a saw point for me now. I was but then over last year bought four 1/4 and two 1/3 so now I have no space for another 1/3. Another few 1/4 ill be full. I might even have to sell my current 1/3s so can fit more 1/4. 😣

I can't take credit for part with Cyborg Superman as that is from Prime 1 Studio. But the beginning and end is mine. My next video is a Sideshow statue put together with product images so that will be all mine... well there is a Superman theme song on it so let's see how long it lasts before UA-cam take it down! 👍
