Mythosphere - Throne Algorithm (Drum Cover)
Переглядів 1217 років тому
One of my long time friends started up a guitar project called Mythosphere recently. This was his first release and I had the pleasure of receiving a raw track to mess around with. I am temporarily moving to Florida in the next few days and wanted to at least throw something together before I left seeing as I will be leaving my set behind. Definitely some slop here and there. I'll hopefully be ...

oh wow! and is this King Air C90?
Great video
How did you record the Audio in the 44
If you look at 0:50 you can see I just put the mic from the iphone headphones in the ear cups and recorded the audio on my phone. Real basic haha.
John Bradley awesome thanks
Purfect👌
Brings back memories... except in the A... thanks!
what mud flaps did you have on this setup? Looks different than RallyArmor
They actually are RallyArmor!
@@sk84life4242 nice! were they the universal ones or the ones specific to the model? Thanks!
@@madisonle5755 I think they're just universal. They were on the car when I bought it.
I know this video is old and all, but every time I check the Race Roots website this exhaust is out of stock. Do you know if they still make it?
Nice selfie stick
Safety first right??
I thought the n1 Street has dual exhausts
Christian Hicks there’s also a single exit version
Hi Do you need to roll the guard for this?thanks
So legit.
did u add ne nos?
Hey, what springs did you put on your car? Can you give me the name
Hey ask what offset you have in the rims
They were 18x10.5 +22 all around
John Bradley OK thank you very much
Sure thing!
Awesome work on this John!
Thanks! I would have liked to get a little more technical with it, but didn't have the time and I wanted the drums to be subtle since the main focus is my buddy's guitar work.
My personal fav song by them
I am a huge DGD fan. This is definitely one of my favorites as well.
I still like there DBM2 Album better tho. It just has some of the most interesting instrumental iv ever heard and that was also my first taste of them lol.
Cool drumming style! =)
stock downpipe? sounds clean man and not to loud!👌
I thought it was, but I found out the previous owner had a catted invidia dp put on.
John Bradley which explains the speed smoke during hard;) u can do a few more vids with sound from the inside etc :?
I actually have a new exhaust setup now. Got a catless dp, upipie, and header.
El1TeGaM3r97 I actually have a new exhaust setup now. Got a catless dp, upipie, and header.
goood launch there sir
Why thank you sir. I forgot to turn traction control off too haha.
Good little wheel spin action for the haters
offset? and are these work replicas
They were Varrstoen ES3 (Volk Ce28 reps) in 18X10.5 +22 all around
Looks great! How did you shave the rear bumper tabs? I 'm rubbing like crazy!
Thanks! Old setup, but it isn't really that hard to fit. Just take a dremel and literally grind everything that is in the way haha. You have to take the bolt out of the rear bumper tab before you do that, but then its just a lot of grinding and shaving.
Thanks! I'll get to cutting tonight!
another question if you dont mind. Are you able to adjust your rear dampers without removing them? Mine are tall so they are all the way up inside the rear strut tower. Just wondering if you have the same problem and how you fixed it?
If you have powertrix or stance coilovers they should have come with extensions for the dampener adjustments so you can adjust them easier. If not, well then I have not found a way to do it without removing the coilover
Thanks for replying. My coilovers are buddyclub so I'm out of luck on extensions from the manufacturer. I went to a shop here (Japan) and they recommended using some fuel line and a metal hose clamp as a extension. I still have to drop the coilovers but hopefully just once. Hope it works!
Invite me next time ill film some!
Will do man!! Maybe I'll be cool enough to make a guest appearance in one of your famous vids haha
That's cool
nice stretch. looks risky. what's your spacer setup for the rear? trying to find videos illustrating the look of 25mm in the rear with 10mm in the front.
This is an old setup, but it wasn't much stretch at all. Just a 255 on 10.5. No spacers with this setup. Are you talking about adding spacers to stock wheels?
was your back scratching ? and did you had to fender roll
I haven't had any rubbing issues since I rolled the fenders and shaved the rear bumper tab. I didn't rub at all during this video either.
o ok thanks man awesome 8 u have there
is the rx8 reliable though?
It can be, but it can also be a maintenance heavy car. It really just depends on the owner and their luck haha. The engines in these cars are handmade so every one is different. I've had my 8 for a little over 3 years and I have had to replace the starter (2005 starters were weak from the factory) and the ignition system (coils, wires, plugs). You will hear tons of different stories, but overall if you monitor the oil levels, wait til it warms up to drive it hard, and change the oil at least every 3000 miles then it should be nice to you.
sk84life4242 ah
John Bradley I just hit 134k on the original engine in my 04
That's awesome! I sold the rx8 2 years ago and bought a 2012 STi hatch. It was just a few thousand shy of 100k when I sold it to one of my close friend's brother. Last I heard it's still running well on the original engine.
sick set up man. quick question, dont take this personally but how much respect do rx8's get in the car scene? i mean i know every car is different but are they respected or are they viewed the same as hondas?
Oh it's no big deal. Well, I wouldn't say they are the same as Hondas, but every car is hated by some people. The RX8 is mostly hated just because it has a rotary engine. A lot of people talk about how it doesn't have a lot of power, drinks oil/gas, and itsn't very reliable. From an outside perspective, yes it is a mystery why anyone would enjoy this car. You have to drive it to really understand it. The engine is so smooth and revs without a problem (yay for no reciprocating part!). The engine is tucked so far back that it alters the COG of the car in the perfect way. A new Civic SI with bolt-ons can beat this car in a straight line, but that's because this car was made for the curves. I say it's 50/50 for this car. There is a large population who hate on it, but there are also a lot who love it.
thanks for the info
@sk84life4242, what size tires do u have? I love this fitment. Also do u have an Instagram or any pics of your car online?
255/35/18 all around. I do have an instagram. It's johnvx1k, plenty of pics of my car up there. Check my flickr for more, www.flickr.com/photos/johnvx1k/
For real man. Come back and cruise with us!
IWANTTOCOMEHOME
sick.
It's loud, but not annoyingly loud. I think it is a perfect volume to be honest.
How loud is this bad boy?
Stay Killin it man! double tre flip for days!
Thank you I appreciate the kind words. Once I get the money I am looking to upgrade to a "real" set of wheels in perhaps 11" wide.
The only issue I have is if 2 or more people sit in the car the rear right wheel (the one you see in this video) rubs when I leave my driveway, but I already found the issue and it can be easily fixed. Other than that no. I have done some very spirited driving down back roads and haven't rubbed a bit. I can full lock both directions without rubbing as well.
Yes they are, good eye.
you can shift at whatever rpm you want, it's good to go throughout the entire range when you can though. But that doesn't mean you redline every shift.
Are you talking to me?
They are sick cameras. Take good pictures too. If you haven't checked out my other vid with the GoPro (titled: Pizza Trip RX8), take a look. If you decide to get one let me know. The one I have is the middle version and the best is the black. The only difference really is that the black edition can shoot 1080p in 60fps where as the silver can only shoot 1080p in 30fps. I shoot in 720p 60fps so it looks smoother. I found a place on ebay that has the silver edition cheaper than everywhere else.
Race Roots single exit with the Racing Beat dual resonated midpipe. I have an AEM CAI as well.
Sweet! Thinking about getting a gopro here sloon!
so thats an agency power exhaust? what cat and cold air are uou running?
damn nice 1-2 shift!
Hey did you get rattling from this exhaust because I do. Im not sure but mine sounded from the tips.
It is a single exit.
Is this the single or dual exhaust? Can't really see from your video.
I appreciate it. Yeah when this exhaust came out I tried to find a video so I could see how it sounded before I purchased it. I found some short crappy videos so once I got the exhaust I wanted to make one so people could see how awesome it it.
Thanks for this, it was much better than almost any other exhaust video out there.
This is with the OEM cat, so just the catback. I now have a dual resonated midpipe and it sounds a little different but basically the same.
yea man!
